粉末涂料在生产生活中应用广泛，粉末涂料是与一般涂料完全不同的形态，它是以微细粉末的状态存在的。由于不使用溶剂，所以称为粉末涂料。粉末涂料的主要特点有：具有无公害、高效率、节省资源的特点。但是粉末涂料的颗粒大小就会影响到涂料的使用效果，目前的粉末涂料颗粒不均匀并且也满足不了一些场合的生产要求，生产粉末涂料的机械设备昂贵，结构复杂。

为了克服现有的粉末涂料生产设备复杂昂贵并且生产出的粉末满足不了生产要求的不足，本实用新型提供了一种挤压式粉末碾磨机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种挤压式粉末碾磨机，包括外壳，所述外壳顶部和底部都设有电机，所述电机连接旋转轴杆，所述旋转轴杆连接挤压板，所述挤压板安装在内壁内，所述内壁上设有通孔，所述挤压板上设有碾磨齿。
本实用新型的有益效果是，这种挤压式粉末碾磨机在工作的时候，通过挤压和旋转碾磨，大大的提高了碾磨的效率，并且碾磨出的粉末颗粒大小满足生产要求，碾磨机结构简单，操作简便，碾磨效果良好。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种挤压式粉末碾磨机，包括外壳1，所述外壳1顶部和底部都设有电机2，所述电机2连接旋转轴杆3，所述旋转轴杆3连接挤压板4，所述挤压板4安装在内壁7内，所述内壁7上设有通孔，所述挤压板4上设有碾磨齿5。
这种挤压式粉末碾磨机在工作的时候，启动电机2，电机2通过旋转轴杆3带动挤压板4旋转，并且挤压板4慢慢向中心部位挤压，并且挤压板4上的碾磨齿5也快速的旋转，安放在内壁7内的涂料开始被碾磨，碾磨后的粉末通过内壁7上的通孔储存在储存箱6内，这样就能快速的完成涂料的碾磨工作，工作效率大大的提高了，使用效果良好。

1.一种挤压式粉末碾磨机，包括外壳（1），所述外壳（1）顶部和底部都设有电机（2），其特征是，所述电机（2）连接旋转轴杆（3），所述旋转轴杆（3）连接挤压板（4），所述挤压板（4）安装在内壁（7）内。
