背景技术：
一般在工厂中，特别是食品加工的工厂中，往往都需要对材料进行冷却，或者材料在低于常温的环境中进行加工，但是由于现在的加工设备的不完善、不先进，往往低温的环境的产品都是需要耗费大量的材料以及能源，在这样的情况下，例如普通的冰降温就无法达到要求，这样不仅浪费时间也浪费了材料、能源，并且也会延长生产时间。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种结构合理、使用方便、冷却效果优良的一种新型冷却装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种新型冷却装置，包括支撑架，所述支撑架上设有冷却箱，其特征在于：所述冷却箱下连接有进水管，所述冷却箱上设有喷水管，所述冷却箱内设有传送辊，所述传送辊上设有传送皮带，所述传送辊外包裹有一层防水膜，所述冷却箱底部设有回收盒；
所述喷水管为不锈钢材料制成；
所述每3～6个传送辊上设有一个传送皮带，这样就可以使水流从每组传送带之间的缝隙中进入，而材料不会丢失；
当设备工作时，水流从进水管进入，喷水管也可以同时喷水工作，这样就会在材料通过的时候，给材料冷却，并且通过回收盒可以回收水流。
本实用新型的有益效果为：喷水管与进水管同时工作，喷水管起到辅助的作用，这样的情况下就会给材料更加全方位的冷却，并且不锈钢喷水管的不容易锈蚀，也不需要经常更换，通过回收盒可以起到循环利用水资源，这样也就能节约能源。本实用新型结构合理、使用方便、冷却效果优良。
