技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑施工设备技术领域,具体地说是一种现浇梁体外侧模板纵向移动装置。
背景技术
目前在桥梁现浇梁混凝土模板移动施工中,大多采用装→拆→装的模式,造成人工劳动强度大,施工慢,而且各区间段之间错台及模板变形较大。另外,受现场施工条件的限制,模板定位困难,限制了吊装设备的使用,需要投入大量的人力,工作效率低,且模板循环周期长。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服上述缺陷提供了一种结构简单、合理,模板移动方便、定位精确,避免各区间段之间出现错台,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率的现浇梁体外侧模板纵向移动装置。
 本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种现浇梁体外侧模板纵向移动装置,包括构架、上滚轮、下滚轮和调节支撑杆,构架为由横梁和纵梁组成的矩形框架,在矩形框架的内部分布设置有多个横梁,在构架的纵梁下部分布设置有下滚轮,在横梁的上部分布设置有上滚轮,上滚轮的高度高于横梁;沿构架的纵梁的两侧分布设置有调节支撑杆,调节支撑杆为高度可调节的立式油压千斤顶;在托架上设置有两组轨道,一组为内轨道,另一组为外轨道,外轨道设置在内轨道的外侧,所述的调节支撑杆设置在外轨道上,所述的下滚轮设置在内轨道上,模板通过模板桁架设置在构架的上滚轮上,在模板桁架的底部外侧设置有定位挡块,在构架上还设置有驱动装置。
本实用新型设计了矩形框架式的构架,在构架上部设置上滚轮,在构架下部设置下滚轮,下滚轮位于托架上的内轨道上,这样,构架可通过下滚轮在托架上纵向移动,构架用于支撑模板,构架带动模板可沿内轨道纵向移动,实现桥梁现浇梁混凝土模板移动施工,免去传统的模板移动施工时需要不断的拆卸和安装操作,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率;由于构架上部还设置有上滚轮,这样,模板还可以沿上滚轮进行横向移动,实现模板的横向微调节,以便模板精确定位,避免出现错台现象;在构架的两侧分布的调节支撑杆位于托架上的外轨道上,当模板精确定位后,调节支撑杆用于加固支撑模板,使模板在施工中更牢固、稳定。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述,图1为本实用新型的一种实施例,包括构架、上滚轮1、下滚轮2和调节支撑杆3等。所述的构架为由横梁4和纵梁5组成的矩形框架,在矩形框架的内部还分布设置有多个横梁4,在构架的纵梁5下部分布设置有下滚轮2,下滚轮2转动方向与纵梁5轴向一致即纵向转动。在横梁4的上部分布设置有上滚轮1,上滚轮1转动方向为横向,上滚轮1的高度高于横梁4。沿构架的纵梁5的两侧分布设置有调节支撑杆3,即调节支撑杆3设置在两根纵梁5的外侧,调节支撑杆3为高度可调节的立式油压千斤顶。在托架9上设置有两组轨道,这两组轨道均为双条轨道,一组为内轨道6,另一组为外轨道7,外轨道7设置在内轨道6的外侧。所述的调节支撑杆3设置在外轨道7上,所述的下滚轮2设置在内轨道6上。模板通过模板桁架8设置在构架的上滚轮1上,在模板桁架8的底部外侧设置有定位挡块,用于模板横向移动时进行限位。在构架上还设置有驱动装置,本实用新型中的驱动装置可以是低速卷扬机或电动机等,方便构架带动模板移动施工,机械化施工,移动速度快。
本实用新型在托架9上设置两组轨道即内轨道6和外轨道7,模板通过模板桁架8设置在构架上,构架通过下滚轮2设置在内轨道6上,并可沿内轨道6在托架9上纵向移动,当构架带动模板移动致所需施工的位置后,模板桁架8还可以通过上滚轮1进行横向的微调节,以确保模板的精确定位,然后将调节支撑杆3进行升高并支撑模板桁架8,使模板桁架8和模板固定不动,这样便可进行桥梁现浇梁的浇注施工了。
本实用新型具有模板纵向移动方便,定位精确,避免各区间段之间出现错台,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率的特点。

1.一种现浇梁体外侧模板纵向移动装置,其特征是:包括构架、上滚轮、下滚轮和调节支撑杆,构架为由横梁和纵梁组成的矩形框架,在矩形框架的内部分布设置有多个横梁,在构架的纵梁下部分布设置有下滚轮,在横梁的上部分布设置有上滚轮,上滚轮的高度高于横梁;沿构架的纵梁的两侧分布设置有调节支撑杆,调节支撑杆为高度可调节的立式油压千斤顶;在托架上设置有两组轨道,一组为内轨道,另一组为外轨道,外轨道设置在内轨道的外侧,所述的调节支撑杆设置在外轨道上,所述的下滚轮设置在内轨道上,模板通过模板桁架设置在构架的上滚轮上,在模板桁架的底部外侧设置有定位挡块,在构架上还设置有驱动装置。
