背景技术
现有的24孔植绒床采用减速机连接滑板,需用8KW电机2台,电能消耗大,且减速机与滑板连接的折叠摇臂在传动过程中极易产生震动,引起模具跑偏,出现次品。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种24孔植绒床的模具传动装置,降低电能消耗,缩短模具运行时间,减少模具抖动偏移,提高产量,提升品质。
    本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该24孔植绒床包括滑台和机头,机头位于滑台上方,其特征是:在滑台上安装模具传动装置,模具传动装置由气缸支架、气缸、轨道和模具,在滑台上经气缸支架安装气缸,气缸前方位的滑台上安装轨道,模具经滑轮安装在轨道上,气缸的气缸杆连接棋具。
本实用新型具有以下优点:1、采用气缸传动模具,避免使用电机,降低电能消耗;2、气缸工作距离短,缩短模具运行时间,提高产量;3、气缸终点运行速度可控,减少模具抖动偏移,提升品质。

具体实施方式
    如图1所示,该24孔植绒床包括滑台1和机头2,机头2位于滑台1上方,其特征是:在滑台1上安装模具传动装置,模具传动装置由气缸支架3、气缸4、轨道5和模具6,在滑台1上经气缸支架3安装气缸4,气缸4前方位的滑台1上安装轨道5,模具6经滑轮7安装在轨道5上,气缸4的气缸杆连接棋具6。
工作时,打开气缸按扭,气缸4推动模具6前行送入机头2下方,按电源开关热合;关闭电源开关,机头2上升,关闭气缸按扭,气缸4自动退出,模具6返回。
