Abstract
本实用新型一种塑钢型材一体式生产设备,属于建筑材料领域塑钢门窗型材生产制造技术领域;所要解决的技术问题是提供一种同时使用三台共挤机生产塑钢型材的一体式生产设备;采用的技术方案是:主挤出机、ASA工程塑料共挤机和密封胶条共挤机依次安装在同一水平面上,主挤出机的一端设有模头,ASA工程塑料共挤机安装在所述模头的出口端,ASA工程塑料共挤机与密封胶条共挤机之间依次安装有型材定型模和冷却水箱,型材定型模和冷却水箱与牵引机相连接;本实用新型在一条生产线同时使用三台共挤机,实现塑钢型材的成型、彩色化及胶条化一体式生产,使塑钢型材的节能保温性和高耐候性完美结合,又使塑钢型材生产组装更加方便。

技术领域
本实用新型一种塑钢型材一体式生产设备,属于建筑材料领域塑钢门窗型材生产制造技术领域。
背景技术
塑钢门窗以其优良的保温、隔音性、气密性、水密性、耐腐蚀性等优点已经取代钢、木门窗,得到了广泛的应用。现在随着塑钢门窗的发展,塑钢的气密性需要加强,安装需要省时省工。门窗是建筑的眼睛,门窗需要彩色化,与建筑配合。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服现有技术存在的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种同时使用三台共挤机生产塑钢型材的一体式生产设备。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种塑钢型材一体式生产设备,包括主挤出机、ASA工程塑料共挤机、密封胶条共挤机和牵引机,主挤出机、ASA工程塑料共挤机和密封胶条共挤机依次安装在同一水平面上,主挤出机的一端设有模头,ASA工程塑料共挤机安装在所述模头的出口端,ASA工程塑料共挤机与密封胶条共挤机之间依次安装有型材定型模和冷却水箱,型材定型模和冷却水箱与牵引机相连接。
所述的牵引机位于密封胶条共挤机的出料口一侧,且密封胶条共挤机的出料口一侧还依次安装有尺寸切割台和放料架。
本实用新型同现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:一条生产线同时使用三台共挤机,实现塑钢型材的成型、彩色化及胶条化一体式生产,使塑钢型材的节能保温性和高耐候性完美结合,又使塑钢型材生产组装更加方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型一种塑钢型材一体式生产设备,包括主挤出机1、ASA工程塑料共挤机2、密封胶条共挤机3和牵引机7,主挤出机1、ASA工程塑料共挤机2和密封胶条共挤机3依次安装在同一水平面上,主挤出机1的一端设有模头4,ASA工程塑料共挤机2安装在所述模头4的出口端,ASA工程塑料共挤机2与密封胶条共挤机3之间依次安装有型材定型模5和冷却水箱6,型材定型模5和冷却水箱6与牵引机7相连接。
所述的牵引机7位于密封胶条共挤机3的出料口一侧,且密封胶条共挤机3的出料口一侧还依次安装有尺寸切割台8和放料架9。
工作过程
首先,主挤出机1将PVC粉料加热,在模头4挤出形成PVC-U基材;
然后,在PVC-U基材未经降温定型时,ASA工程塑料共挤机2将高耐候彩色ASA颗粒均匀共挤到PVC-U基材表面;
表面涂抹了ASA颗粒的PVC-U基材在型材定型模5中定型后经冷却水箱6中冷却成为定型的塑钢型材,牵引机7牵引型材定型模5和冷却水箱6将已定型的塑钢型材输送到密封胶条共挤机3处,密封胶条共挤机3再通过针孔风枪加热的方式将密封胶条颗粒共挤到功能口处;
最后,加工完成的塑钢型材在牵引机7的带动下进入尺寸切割台8进行切割后进入放料架9上。

1.一种塑钢型材一体式生产设备,其特征在于:包括主挤出机(1)、ASA工程塑料共挤机(2)、密封胶条共挤机(3)和牵引机(7),主挤出机(1)、ASA工程塑料共挤机(2)和密封胶条共挤机(3)依次安装在同一水平面上,主挤出机(1)的一端设有模头(4),ASA工程塑料共挤机(2)安装在所述模头(4)的出口端,ASA工程塑料共挤机(2)与密封胶条共挤机(3)之间依次安装有型材定型模(5)和冷却水箱(6),型材定型模(5)和冷却水箱(6)与牵引机(7)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢型材一体式生产设备,其特征在于:所述的牵引机(7)位于密封胶条共挤机(3)的出料口一侧,且密封胶条共挤机(3)的出料口一侧还依次安装有尺寸切割台(8)和放料架(9)。
