背景技术
扣式双电层电容器一般拥有高能量密度,比锂二次电池充放电频率优秀。近年来,以其所拥有的友好的特征而被作为手提机器中的备份电源使用。
组成双电层电容器的上盖部或下盖部采用了不锈钢材质,所以耐热性很突出。还有,为隔离及密封制造的胶圈也使用高性能工业塑料,此材料的耐热性也很突出。但是,高性能工业塑料密封时出现过因上盖和下盖的密封性不够,导致电解液泄漏。
最近采用在胶圈的全面或下盖部中密封胶圈的部分涂一层密封剂后密封的方法。但是使用这方法也会在高温的加工过程中有密封剂剂挥发或密封剂不完美的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种有效增加上盖与胶圈之间的密封性,从而防止电解液漏液的扣式双电层电容器的上盖。
为实现上述实用新型目的所采取的技术方案为:
一种改进的扣式双电层电容器的上盖,是由圆板型的上板、与上板连接的向下折曲的连接部和与连接部连接的向上折曲的侧板组成,其特征是:所述侧板与连接部接触部分完全贴合;
所述侧板和连接部的底面平坦;
所述侧板和连接部的底面平坦面的长度不小于0.3mm。
本实用新型通过将扣式双电层电容器的上盖用于与下盖嵌合密封的侧板与连接部紧紧贴合在一起,保证了底面平坦度的增大,从而使之与胶圈得到更好地紧贴效果,避免了电解液的泄漏,提高了双电层电容器的质量和使用寿命。

2.按照权利要求1所述的扣式双电层电容器的上盖,其特征是:所述侧板(112)和连接部(113)的底面(21a)平坦。
3.按照权利要求1所述的扣式双电层电容器的上盖,其特征是:所述侧板(112)和连接部(113)的底面平坦面的长度α不小于0.3mm。
