扣式双电层电容器一般拥有高能量密度,比锂二次电池充放电频率优秀。近年来,以其所拥有的友好的特征而被作为手提机器中的备份电源使用。

 扣式双电层电容器的上盖部是由圆板型的上板211、上板211的外包面即与上板连接的为了支持上盖部的力形成向下折曲的连接部213
和与连接部连接的向上折曲形成的侧板212组成; 将上盖部侧板212向连接部213方向以α角倾斜,侧板的倾斜角度α为10-20°,优选为 5-20°时与胶圈的组装容易,制造也容易。
