本实用新型涉及复合织物技术领域，具体地说是一种防水胶条。该防水胶条包括表层、防水层和着底层，所述防水层设于所述表层和着底层之间，所述防水层与所述表层之间通过PU胶水或PU热熔胶方式复合连接，所述防水层与所述着底层之间通过转移涂层或直接涂层方式复合连接。本实用新型提供一种结构简单、防水透气效果好的防水胶条。

本实用新型涉及复合织物技术领域，具体地说是一种防水胶条。
背景技术
目前市场上的雨衣或者户外运动服装，甚至于潜水服等功能性服装在防水功能上提出了更加苛刻的要求，而市场上流行的防水胶条材料尽管能够满足服装拼缝处的防水，但往往存在粘贴不紧密、不牢固的缺点，漏水和漏雨在所难免，且生产加工操作不便，生产效率低。究其原因，是由于目前的防水胶条大多采用防水布层或薄膜层直接与胶水层复合的两层结构，热压加工及衣物清洗时容易破损，造成防水胶条的防水效果不佳，粘附于防水衣物时水洗及耐用牢度差。近期市场上也有出现三层结构的防水胶条，但由于布层十分厚重，与防水层和胶水层的粘合牢度不够，防水效果不佳，外观也不够精美，对衣物穿着及热压加工时造成不便，而且生产效率低，不能带来更高的实用价值。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种结构简单、防水透气效果好的防水胶条。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的：
一种防水胶条，包括表层、防水层和着底层，所述防水层设于所述表层和着底层之间，所述防水层与所述表层之间通过PU胶水或PU热熔胶方式复合连接，所述防水层与所述着底层之间通过转移涂层或直接涂层方式复合连接。
所述表层为经过染整后加工处理的梭织布。
所述防水层采用PU或者TPU材料制成。
所述着底层采用热熔胶制成。
本实用新型所带来的有益效果是：
1、经过染整后加工处理的梭织布超轻薄，表层布料重量大大减轻，增强了防水胶条表层与中间防水层的粘合度，使防水胶条的防水性能增加，防水胶条粘合于防水衣物缝线拼缝处，其轻薄的特性使衣物穿着方便，且不影响衣物的外观。
2、采用PU或TPU材料制成的防水层的防水透湿性能好，所述防水层粘附于超轻薄梭织布与采用热熔胶制成的着底层之间，提供既防水又透气的性能，使防水衣物具有完全防水的效果。
3、着底层采用具有可塑性的粘合剂热熔胶，无毒无味，环保，其熔融速度快，流动性好，结合度高。通过热风缝口密封机压合，把防水胶条粘合到防水衣物缝线拼缝处，生产过程便于操作，极大地提高了生产效率。
本实用新型所述的防水胶条采用三层结构构成，超级轻盈，可适应400-650℃范围内的工作温度，热压加工时表层和防水层不会被融化，防水层提供绝佳的防水透湿性能，粘着底层熔融速度快，流动性和稳定性好，结合度高，生产效率高。

作为本实用新型所述防水胶条的实施例，如图1所示，包括表层1、防水层2和着底层3，所述防水层2设于所述表层1和着底层3之间，所述防水层2与所述表层1之间通过PU胶水方式复合连接，所述防水层2与所述着底层3之间通过转移涂层方式复合连接。
本实施例中，所述表层1为经过染整后加工处理的梭织布。
本实施例中，所述防水层2采用PU材料制成。
本实施例中，所述着底层3采用热熔胶制成。
当然，所述防水层与所述表层之间也可以通过PU热熔胶方式复合连接；所述防水层与所述着底层之间也可以通过直接涂层方式复合连接；所述防水层也可以采用TPU材料制成。那么，也都在本实用新型保护范围之内，这里不再一一赘述。

1.一种防水胶条，其特征在于包括表层、防水层和着底层，所述防水层设于所述表层和着底层之间，所述防水层与所述表层之间通过PU胶水或PU热熔胶方式复合连接，所述防水层与所述着底层之间通过转移涂层或直接涂层方式复合连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水胶条，其特征在于所述表层为经过染整后加工处理的梭织布。
3.如权利要求1所述的防水胶条，其特征在于所述防水层采用PU或者TPU材料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的防水胶条，其特征在于所述着底层采用热熔胶制成。
