背景技术
传统的散热管截面为椭圆形,且长轴×短轴多为50mm×25mm 的规格,对于较为寒冷的东北地区来说,该种规格的散热管的散热能力远不能满足当地的取暖需求。如果通过采用增加散热管的组数来达到增加散热面积的目的,就会增加整个散热器的面积,从而加大了其在室内空间的占用率,影响美观。

针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种异型散热管,其截面为椭圆形,椭圆形截面的长轴尺寸为55mm-65mm,椭圆形截面的短轴尺寸为35mm-45mm,其特征在于:所述异型散热管自散热管的一端起,每隔1cm会有一个1mm的铜制椭圆形突起。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比:每隔1cm会有一个铜制椭圆形突起大大增加了散热管的散热面积,并且采用铜制,大大提高了异型管的散热能力,从总体上提升了管体的散热性能。

本实用新型涉及一种异型散热管1,其截面为椭圆形,椭圆形截面的长轴尺寸L2为55mm-65mm,椭圆形截面的短轴尺寸W2为35mm-45mm,其特征在于:所述异型散热管自散热管的一端起,每隔1cm会有一个铜制椭圆形突起11,铜制椭圆形突起11高1mm,宽1mm。 
对于每隔1cm会有一个高1mm、宽1mm的铜制椭圆形突起11,使椭圆形截面的长轴尺寸L1变为57mm-67mm,椭圆形截面的短轴尺寸W1变为37mm-47mm,并没有给室内空间带来压力,同时通过增加突起,大大增加了散热管的散热面积,并且采用铜制,大大提高了异型管的散热能力,从总体上提升了管体的散热性能。

1.一种异型散热管,其截面为椭圆形,椭圆形截面的长轴尺寸为55mm-65mm,椭圆形截面的短轴尺寸为35mm-45mm,其特征在于:所述异型散热管自散热管的一端起,每隔1cm会有一个铜制椭圆形突起。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的异型散热管,其特征在于:所述异型散热管上的铜制椭圆形突起高1mm,宽1mm。
