本实用新型目的在于针对以上问题，提供一种提高散热效果的钉头管。
本实用新型包括基管、设置于基管外壁上的多根钉头，在所述基管的外周壁和内周壁分别设置第一螺纹；在每根所述的钉头的外周分别设置第二螺纹；在每根所述的钉头的外端面分别设置螺旋形沟槽。
本实用新型通过在基管外周壁、内周壁和每根钉头的外周设置螺纹，增大换热面积，提高散热效果。本实用新型适用于各机械装备工程中的换热节能设备中。
