本实用新型属于包装膜领域,涉及防锈膜,尤其是一种抗静电防锈膜。
背景技术
VCI气相防锈膜使用简单、省时、省工、干净、干燥、抗静电、无腐蚀、防锈期限长、防锈效果显著,对环境和人体无毒害,广泛应用于机电产品、机械零部件、汽摩组件、电子电器、五金制品、军工装备、板材线材、工模具、仪器仪表、金银饰品等领域,现在部分产品已经进入中国军工、航空、铁路、汽车、造船、电子等行业。其工作状态是,当环境中缓蚀分子的浓度较低时,防锈膜自动挥发,体系中缓蚀剂分子浓度逐渐增大,当达到挥发平衡时,体系中缓蚀剂分子浓度达到最大,这时防锈效果最佳;随着寸间的变化,防锈膜中的缓蚀剂挥发率开始下降,当挥发率小于包装材料损失或消耗时,气相防锈膜就不能有效抑制入侵的致蚀分子,失去防锈能力。
但由于防锈膜需要考虑到其透光性以及可降解性的指标,防锈膜往往都很薄,对于防锈工件来说,由于工件基本都为导电金属,在被防锈膜包裹之后经常与防锈膜发生一定的摩擦,非常容易产生静电,这些静电不仅影响了防锈膜的实用寿命和效果,更严重的是还会产生一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种抗静电防锈膜,该防锈膜在抗静电的基础上还保持了原有防锈膜较好的透光度和薄度。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种抗静电防锈膜,包括VCI气相防锈膜,在VCI气相防锈膜上、下表面分别涂覆有导电复合涂层。
而且,所述VCI气相防锈膜上、下表面与导电复合涂层之间均涂覆有化学转化层。

1、本抗静电的防锈膜在表面上加涂了一层导电复合涂层,由此使防锈膜表面从原先的绝缘体变成了半导体,便于防锈膜表面产生的电荷导出而消失,从而使防锈膜可用于对抗静电性能较高的工件领域,拓展了其适用范围。
2、本防锈膜的导电复合涂层为透明涂层,在使用过程中既提高了防锈膜的抗静电性,又保证了防锈膜的整体的透光率。

1.一种抗静电防锈膜,包括VCI气相防锈膜,其特征在于:在所述VCI气相防锈膜上、下表面分别涂覆有导电复合涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电防锈膜,其特征在于:所述VCI气相防锈膜上、下表面与导电复合涂层之间均涂覆有化学转化层。
