背景技术：
现有的钢筋或者是用过的钢筋，其外表不是一个正圆形，在实际的使用钢筋的过程中，都需要将这些钢丝加工为正圆形的外表，现有的加工设备落后，钢筋需要经过多次加工才能达到正圆形，生产效率低下；另外，现有的设备上安装有多个轧圆装置和轧扁装置，这些装置需要安装多个电机来进行驱动，成本高，用电成本也高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种新型的单电机扁条轧圆机。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采取的措施：
一种单电机扁条轧圆机，包括机器安装支架，机器安装支架两端分别安装有收线器和放线滚轮，机器安装支架上安装有电机，所述的机器安装支架上还安装有轧圆装置和轧扁装置，电机与轧圆装置之间通过安装的减速机、链条和链轮传动，轧圆装置与轧扁装置之间通过安装的转换式齿轮箱传动；
所述的轧圆装置内安装有上轧辊与下轧辊组成的辊槽，轧扁装置内安装有90度竖起的平面辊；
所述轧圆装置内安装有两个轴承座，轴承座中间开有轧圆槽道。
本实用新型的有益效果：实用，生产成本低，使用方便，能快速的将扁丝轧成规则的圆丝，提高了生产效率，传动简单，节约了电机的数量。

一种单电机扁条轧圆机，包括机器安装支架6，机器安装支架6两端分别安装有收线器1和放线滚轮2，机器安装支架6上安装有电机3，所述的机器安装支架6上还安装有轧圆装置4和轧扁装置5，电机3与轧圆装置4之间通过安装的减速机、链条和链轮传动，轧圆装置4与轧扁装置5之间通过安装的转换式齿轮箱7传动；所述的轧圆装置4内安装有上轧辊与下轧辊组成的辊槽，轧扁装置5内安装有90度竖起的平面辊；所述的轧圆装置4内安装有两个轴承座，轴承座中间开有轧圆槽道。
将需要轧圆的钢筋通过放线滚轮2穿入到轧圆装置4和轧扁装置5内，启动电机3，电机3通过减速机、链条和链轮带动轧圆装置4工作，轧圆装置4通过转换式齿轮箱7带动轧扁装置5工作，实现钢筋的轧圆，最后通过收线器1收起轧圆好钢筋，从而实现本实用新型的目的。
