本实用新型涉及一种同步辅助装置，具体说是一种绞线机钢丝同步制动放线架。
背景技术
目前绞线机在对线芯进行绞线时，可能需要钢丝，这就需要钢丝放线架，由于绞线机放线架不同步，在生产过程中，可能发生缠线，压线等问题。

本实用新型的目的便是提供一种能与绞线机同步制动的钢丝放线架。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案包括底座、滚轴、同步电机、抱闸，所述底座上一侧设有转轴，所述转轴通过轴承座固定在底座上，转轴下侧设有大传动轮，所述大传动轮上方设有放线台，所述放线台上设有放线架，所转轴顶端伸出放线台，所述转轴另一侧设有同步电机，所述同步电机下方设有抱闸，所述同步电机连接有传动轮，所述传动轮通过三角带与大传动轮连接。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果：实现与绞线机同步制动，有效避免了因绞线过程中因制动不同步导致的钢丝缠线问题。

如图1所示，本实用新型如图1所示，本实用新型包括底座1、转轴2、同步电机3、抱闸4，所述底座1上一侧设有转轴2，所述转轴2通过轴承座5固定在底座1上，转轴2下侧设有大传动轮6，所述大传动轮6上方设有放线台7，所述放线台7上设有放线架8，所转轴2顶端伸出放线台7，所述转轴2另一侧设有同步电机3，所述同步电机3下方设有抱闸4，所述同步电机3连接有传动轮9，所述传动轮9通过三角带10与大传动轮6连接。
