技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于挤出软管包装内膏状物质的工具。
背景技术
家庭生活或工业上经常会使用一些软管包装的膏状物质，诸如牙膏、牙膏及工业用胶水，浆料等。使用这些软管包装物时，都是用手直接挤压，但当软管包装内的膏类物质较少时，就很难用手挤出软管内的膏状物质。尽管目前市场上也有很多挤膏装置，但使用效果都不理想。
实用新型内容
针对背景技术中指出的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理且使用效果好的挤膏装置。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：
一种挤膏装置，包括固定架和至少两个转动设置在所述固定架上的轧辊；
各所述轧辊的一端设有与其一体成型的回转齿轮；相邻轧辊上的所述回转齿轮相互啮合；
所述固定架上还安装有电机，所述电机的输出轴上固定有一驱动齿轮，所述驱动齿轮与一个所述轧辊上的回转齿轮啮合。
上述技术方案中，至少两个所述轧辊沿横向或纵向呈直线形排列。
本实用新型具有积极的效果：本实用新型的挤膏装置在使用时首先打开电机，由驱动齿轮带动回转齿轮转动进而带动与之一体成型的轧辊一同转动，放在两轧辊之间的软管包装被挤压并向下移动，这样软管包装内的膏状物就被挤出，上述结构的挤膏装置结构合理，且具有很好的使用效果。

图1为本实用新型中挤膏装置的一种结构示意图，显示了本实用新型的一种具体实施例。
一种挤膏装置，如图1所示，包括固定架1和三个转动设置在所述固定架1上的轧辊2；各所述轧辊2的一端设有与其一体成型的回转齿轮3；相邻轧辊2上的所述回转齿轮3相互啮合；所述固定架1上还安装有电机4，所述电机4的输出轴上固定有一驱动齿轮5，所述驱动齿轮5与一个所述轧辊2上的回转齿轮3啮合。
本实施例中三个所述轧辊2沿横向或纵向呈直线形排列，在实际生产时可将轧辊2的数量设置为两个、四个、五个甚至更多。
本实施例中的挤膏装置在使用时首先打开电机4，由驱动齿轮5带动回转齿轮3转动进而带动与之一体成型的轧辊2一同转动，放在两轧辊2之间的软管包装被挤压并向下移动，这样软管包装内的膏状物就被挤出，其结构合理且具有很好的使用效果。

1.一种挤膏装置，包括固定架(1)和至少两个转动设置在所述固定架(1)上的轧辊(2)；
其特征在于：各所述轧辊(2)的一端设有与其一体成型的回转齿轮(3)；相邻轧辊(2)上的所述回转齿轮(3)相互啮合；
所述固定架(1)上还安装有电机(4)，所述电机(4)的输出轴上固定有一驱动齿轮(5)，所述驱动齿轮(5)与一个所述轧辊(2)上的回转齿轮(3)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤膏装置，其特征在于：至少两个所述轧辊(2)沿横向或纵向呈直线形排列。
