本实用新型的技术方案是:该波纹板压型机动力传输装置包括变频电机和减速器。变频电机和减速器固定在支架一侧并与上压辊滚和下压辊滚相连接,变频电机的轴与减速器输入轴相连接,减速器输出轴通过齿轮与下压辊滚轴端齿轮相啮合,下压辊滚轴端齿轮通过中间齿轮与上压辊滚轴端齿轮相啮合,下压辊滚轴端齿轮与双连齿轮相啮合,双连齿轮内侧蜗轮与蜗杆相啮合,蜗杆另一端与上进板滚轴头蜗轮相啮合,中间齿轮、双连齿轮、蜗杆连接在支架上。 
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该波纹板压型机动力传输装置由于采用变频电机和减速器固定在支架一侧并与上压辊滚和下压辊滚相连接,变频电机的轴与减速器输入轴相连接,减速器输出轴通过齿轮与下压辊滚轴端齿轮相啮合,下压辊滚轴端齿轮通过中间齿轮与上压辊滚轴端齿轮相啮合,下压辊滚轴端齿轮与双连齿轮相啮合,双连齿轮内侧蜗轮与蜗杆相啮合,蜗杆另一端与上进板滚轴头蜗轮相啮合,中间齿轮、双连齿轮、蜗杆连接在支架上的优化结构。进而简化结构,提高可控性。所以说该波纹板压型机动力传输装置具有结构简单,可控性好的特点。

实际使用时: 
首先,起动该波纹板压型机变频电机1,变频电机1通过减速器2、双连齿轮8和蜗杆带动上进板滚轴头蜗轮转动,上进板滚轴头蜗轮转动带动上进板滚转动,上进板滚将板材推进上压辊滚3与下压辊滚4之间,同时,变频电机1通过减速器2、中间齿轮6带动上压辊滚3和下压辊滚4转动,上压辊滚3和下压辊滚4转动通过上压辊滚3和下压辊滚4外的齿将板材挤压成波纹形,因而实现将平板加工成波纹板。

1.一种波纹板压型机动力传输装置,包括变频电机(1)和减速器(2),其特征在于:变频电机(1)和减速器(2)固定在支架一侧并与上压辊滚(3)和下压辊滚(4)相连接,变频电机(1)的轴与减速器(2)输入轴相连接,减速器(2)输出轴通过齿轮与下压辊滚轴端齿轮(5)相啮合,下压辊滚轴端齿轮(5)通过中间齿轮(6)与上压辊滚轴端齿轮(7)相啮合,下压辊滚轴端齿轮(5)与双连齿轮(8)相啮合,双连齿轮(8)内侧蜗轮与蜗杆相啮合,蜗杆另一端与上进板滚轴头蜗轮相啮合,中间齿轮(6)、双连齿轮(8)、蜗杆连接在支架上。
