通常,模具包括相互配合的上模和下模,且该上模和下模中至少一个上面设有浅槽,该浅漕即形成该上模和下模之间的进水口。其缺陷在于:液体介质经该进水口进入上模和下模之间形成的模芯时,极易冲刷模芯,从而造成毛坯缺陷。

本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:防止模芯损坏的模具,包括上模和下模,且该上模和下模之间设有进水口,所述上模上设有凸台、下模上设有凹槽,该凸台伸至该凹槽内,且该凸台和该凹槽的表面形成该进水口的侧壁,同时,该凸台和该凹槽的表面均为弧形。 
本实用新型和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:能够有效减缓介质对模芯造成冲刷。本实用新型的防止模芯损坏的模具针对介质通过进水口时的运动轨迹进行优化。即,该进水口的侧壁均为弧形,从而该介质呈弧形轨迹的流经进水口,从而降低了介质的冲击力,进而减缓了该介质对模芯的冲刷。

实施例,见图1和图2所示:防止模芯损坏的模具,包括上模11和下模12,且该上模11和下模12之间设有进水口13。具体的讲,该上模11上设有凸台111、下模12上设有凹槽121,该凸台111伸至该凹槽121内,且该凸台111和该凹槽121的表面形成该进水口13的侧壁。当然,该凸台111和该凹槽121之间具有空隙,该空隙即形成进水口13。同时,该凸台111和该凹槽121的表面均为弧形。这样,相当于该进水口13的侧壁为弧形,也就是说,该进水口13的纵截面为弧形。显然,该进水口13相对于纵截面为直线型的进水口而言,能够有效减缓介质的流经速度和力度,从而减缓了介质对模芯造成的冲刷。
