本实用新型涉及一种可调节立柱的装置,尤其涉及一种用于数控机床设备的可调节立柱的装置。
背景技术
在数控机床设备中,传统的立柱与底座固定方式,直接采用螺栓进行固定,进行检验精度及性能指标,当出现偏差时,必须将立柱吊离底座并对底座进行刮研,确保90%以上接触面。这种固定方式工时长,安全性差,效率低,费用高等缺点。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种可调节立柱的装置,保证底座的装配方便,便于维修,提高工作效率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可调节立柱的装置,包括立柱、底座,立柱与底座之间设有调整块,调整块与连接立柱和底座的螺栓插接,所述的调整块为凹形结构;所述的调整块的内凹宽度大于立柱与底座的连接螺栓直径。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
改善了底座与立柱之间的装配效率及调整性,大大提高了装配工艺性,保证了整个设备的整体精度及刚性。方便工作台的装配、维修性好,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型进行详细地描述,但是应该指出本实用新型的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
见图1-图3,一种可调节立柱的装置,包括立柱1、底座3,立柱1与底座3之间设有调整块2,调整块2与连接立柱1和底座3的螺栓4插接,所述的调整块2为凹形结构;所述的调整块2的内凹宽度大于立柱1与底座3的连接螺栓4直径。
为了减少立柱1的多次吊离底座3,底座3与立柱1用多组螺栓4连接,并且在其上插接多个调整块2,需要调整时,只需将立柱1通过螺栓4将其顶离接合面,将调整块2取出,对调整块2进行研磨或刮点,即可进行完成整体装配调整动作。
本实用新型改善了底座与立柱之间的装配效率及调整性,大大提高了装配工艺性,保证了整个设备的整体精度及刚性。方便工作台的装配、维修性好,成本低廉。

1.一种可调节立柱的装置,包括立柱、底座,其特征在于,立柱与底座之间设有调整块,调整块与连接立柱和底座的螺栓插接,所述的调整块为凹形结构。
