背景技术
常用的三通管在拉伸成型后还需要对管口进行铣削加工，增加管口平整度，保证产品装配的一致性，在对不同直径的管件进行加工时，需要更换相应的模具，费时费力，而且普通平口机只能加工小管径的三通管，如果加工大口径的三通管需要另外购置平口机，增加生产成本。

根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种操作方便，省时省力，能加工大口径三通管件的大范围平口机。 
本实用新型所述的大范围平口机，包括工作台，工作台上固定平口机构和自动送料机构，自动送料机构包括气缸和底座，气缸和底座之间设模具，所述的模具包括上模板、下模板、上凹模和下凹模，上模板固定于气缸活塞轴上，上凹模固定于上模板上，下模板固定于底座上，下凹模固定于下模板上，所述的下模板与下凹模之间设垫板，垫板厚度为10mm。 
工作原理及过程： 
将待加工管件置于下凹模内，气缸带动上凹模下降将管件固定于凹模内，自动送料机构将管件送至设定位置，平口机构对管件进行平口加工。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是： 
本实用新型所述的大范围平口机，将模具分为上下模板和上下凹模，减轻了模具重量，方便安装和更换，模具加高了10mm，增加了铣削范围，实现一机多用，减小生产成本。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的大范围平口机，包括工作台2，工作台2上固定平口机构1和自动送料机构10，自动送料机构10包括气缸7和底座9，气缸7和底座9之间设模具，所述的模具包括上模板8、下模板3、上凹模6和下凹模5，上模板8固定于气缸7活塞 轴上，上凹模6固定于上模板8上，下模板3固定于底座9上，下凹模5固定于下模板3上，所述的下模板3与下凹模5之间设垫板4，垫板4厚度为10mm。 
将待加工管件置于下凹模5内，气缸7带动上凹模6下降将管件固定于凹模内，自动送料机构10将管件送至设定位置，平口机构对管件进行平口加工。

1.一种大范围平口机，包括工作台（2），工作台（2）上固定平口机构（1）和自动送料机构（10），自动送料机构（10）包括气缸（7）和底座（9），气缸（7）和底座（9）之间设模具，其特征在于：所述的模具包括上模板（8）、下模板（3）、上凹模（6）和下凹模（5），上模板（8）固定于气缸（7）活塞轴上，上凹模（6）固定于上模板（8）上，下模板（3）固定于底座（9）上，下凹模（5）固定于下模板（3）上，所述的下模板（3）与下凹模（5）之间设垫板（4），垫板（4）厚度为10mm。
