Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种卡缘连接器,其包括第一绝缘本体、固持于第一绝缘本体的第一端子、安装于第一绝缘本体的第二绝缘本体及固持于第二绝缘本体的第二端子,所述第一绝缘本体与第二绝缘本体之间共同形成电子卡插槽,第一端子、第二端子分别位于电子卡插槽的两侧且包括凸设至电子卡插槽的接触部,所述电子卡插槽中设有键扣,第一绝缘本体的两端分别设有卡扣部,所述第二绝缘本体的两端对应卡扣部设有卡扣槽,所述第一、第二绝缘本体借由卡扣部与卡扣槽的卡扣关系而固定在一起。由于第一、第二绝缘本体是借卡扣部与卡扣槽的卡扣关系而固定在一起,当第一端子与第二端子的焊接部不共面时,可通过调整卡扣部在卡扣槽中的位置而使焊接部共面。

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种低构型的卡缘连接器。 
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利第201120472638.7号揭露了一种卡缘连接器,可将电子卡电性连接至电路板,该卡缘连接器包括纵长设置的绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子,所述导电端子包括上排端子及下排端子,下排端子一体成型于绝缘本体,借此达到降低卡缘连接器高度的效果。然而,由于卡缘连接器中的导电端子数量较多,当将导电端子焊接于电路板上时,纵长的绝缘本体受热后容易发生扭曲,因此上排端子与下排端子焊接部的共面度就难以得到保证,如此不利于卡缘连接器的焊接。 
所以,希望设计一种新型的卡缘连接器以改善上述问题。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种利于焊接共面度的卡缘连接器。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型卡缘连接器采用如下技术方案:一种卡缘连接器,其包括第一绝缘本体、固持于第一绝缘本体的第一端子、安装于第一绝缘本体的第二绝缘本体及固持于第二绝缘本体的第二端子,所述第一绝缘本体与第二绝缘本体之间共同形成电子卡插槽,第一端子、第二端子分别位于电子卡插槽的两侧且包括凸设至电子卡插槽的接触部,所述电子卡插槽中设有键扣,第一绝缘本体的两端分别设有卡扣部,所述第二绝缘本体的两端对应卡扣部设有卡扣槽,所述第一、第二绝缘本体借由卡扣部与卡扣槽的卡扣关系而固定在一起。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:由于第一、第二绝缘本体是借卡扣部与卡扣槽的卡扣关系而固定在一起,当第一端子与第二端子的焊接部不共面时,可通过调整卡扣部在卡扣槽中的位置而使焊接部共面。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2,本实用新型卡缘连接器100主要包括第一绝缘本体10、固持于第一绝缘本体10上的第一端子30、固定于第一绝缘本体10的第二绝缘本体20及固持于第二绝缘本体20上的第二端子40。 
请参阅图2及图3,所述第一绝缘本体10具有第一表面101,所述第一表面101向下凹设形成第一收容区102,并在该第一收容区102中形成第一键扣部103。所述第一键扣部103包括向上凸设的长肋105。所述第一绝缘本体10进一步包括位于第一收容区102两侧的卡扣部11,每一卡扣部11分别包括自第一表面101向第二绝缘本体20竖直延伸的卡扣臂107及自卡扣臂107向内水平延伸的卡扣钩108。 
第一端子30包括向后凸设于第一收容区102的接触部32、向前水平延伸的焊接部33及连接接触部32与焊接部33的固定部31。所述固定部31固定于第一绝缘本体10,所述焊接部33延伸出第一绝缘本体10前端面1021。所述接触部32与固定部31呈较小的锐角设置,因此第一端子30在垂直于第一表面101的方向上具有较小的尺寸(结合图4),从而有利于卡缘连接器的小型化。在前后方向上,所述第一端子30的接触部32与第一键扣部103平行。 
第二绝缘本体20具有第二表面201,所述第二表面201凹设形成第二收容区202及位于第二收容区202的第二键扣部203,该第二键扣部203自第二表面201凹设有键扣槽205。所述长肋105设置于键扣槽205中,以使第二绝缘本体20在第一绝缘本体10上进行左右限位。第二绝缘本体20的两端面22进一步凹设有贯穿第二表面201的卡扣槽21。所述卡扣槽21包括收容卡扣臂107的第一卡扣槽207及收容卡扣钩108的第二卡扣槽208。所述卡扣钩108经过第一卡扣槽207而收容于第二卡扣槽208。在竖直方向上,第二卡扣槽208的高度大于卡扣钩108的高度。 
第二端子40包括向前凸设于第二收容区202的接触部42、向后延伸的焊接部43及连接接触部42与焊接部43的固定部41。所述固定部41固定 于第二绝缘本体20,所述焊接部43延伸出第二绝缘本体20后端面(未标号)。在前后方向上,所述第二端子40的接触部42与第二键扣部203平行。 
请参阅图1,第一绝缘本体10与第二绝缘本体20借卡扣部11与卡扣槽21相互配合而结合在一起。此时,第一键扣部103的长肋105与第二键扣部203的键扣槽205配合使得第一键扣部103与第二键扣部203共同形成键扣部106,第一收容区102与第二收容区202共同形成电子卡插槽109。所述键扣部106位于该电子卡插槽109中,第一端子30的接触部32与第二端子40的接触部42分别位于电子卡插槽109的两侧,并在前后方向上偏移一定的距离(参图4)。 
焊接过程中,当第一端子30的焊接部33与第二端子40的焊接部43因绝缘本体在焊接过程中受热而发生扭曲变形时,焊接部33、43会因此发生共面困难的问题。此时,由于第二卡扣槽208的高度大于卡扣钩108的高度,卡扣钩108可在竖直方向上在第二卡扣槽208中作轻微的上、下调整,从而使得第一端子30的焊接部33与第二端子40的焊接部43之间的共面度得到调整,进而有利于焊接。 
本实施方式为本实用新型较佳实施方式,当然,本实用新型也可采用其他实时方式,此处不再一一赘述。 

Claims (9)

1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括第一绝缘本体、固持于第一绝缘本体的第一端子、安装于第一绝缘本体的第二绝缘本体及固持于第二绝缘本体的第二端子,所述第一绝缘本体与第二绝缘本体之间共同形成电子卡插槽,第一端子、第二端子分别位于电子卡插槽的两侧且包括凸设至电子卡插槽的接触部,所述电子卡插槽中设有键扣部,其特征在于:第一绝缘本体的两端分别设有卡扣部,所述第二绝缘本体的两端对应卡扣部设有卡扣槽,所述第一、第二绝缘本体借由卡扣部与卡扣槽的卡扣关系而固定在一起。 
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘本体具有第一表面,所述第一表面凹设有第一收容区,第一端子的接触部设置于第一收容区,第二绝缘本体具有第二表面,所述第二表面凹设有第二收容区,第二端子的接触部设置于第二收容区,第一收容区与第二收容区相互对应且共同形成上述电子卡插槽。 
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述第一表面凹设形成与第一端子的接触部平行的第一键扣部,第二表面凹设形成与第二端子的接触部平行的第二键扣部,第一、第二键扣部相配合而形成上述键扣部。 
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述第一键扣部设有长肋,第二键扣部设有键扣槽,所述长肋配合于键扣槽内。 
5.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡扣部包括自第一绝缘本体的第一表面朝第二绝缘本体竖直延伸的卡扣臂及自卡扣臂的顶端水平向内延伸的卡扣钩,所述卡扣槽包括自第二绝缘本体两端面凹设的用以收容卡扣臂的第一卡扣槽及自第一卡扣槽向内延伸用以收容卡扣钩的第二卡扣槽。 
6.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡扣钩经过第一卡扣槽而收容于第二卡扣槽中,卡扣臂收容于第一卡扣槽,在竖直方向上,第二卡扣槽的高度大于卡扣钩的高度,所述卡扣钩可在第二卡扣槽中作上下调整。 
7.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述第一端子包括焊接 部及连接焊接部与接触部的固定部,所述第一端子的固定部固定于第一绝缘本体,焊接部延伸出第一绝缘本体的前端面。 
8.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述第二端子包括焊接部及连接焊接部与接触部的固定部,所述第二端子的固定部固定于第二绝缘本体,焊接部延伸出第二绝缘本体的后端面。 
9.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:在电子卡插槽中,所述第一端子的接触部与第二端子的接触部在前后方向有偏移距离。
