本实用新型属于电流连接器领域,具体涉及一种用于电流连接器的冠簧。
背景技术
在电流连接器中大多采用冠簧技术,而目前的冠簧技术大多采用单一方面的冠簧弹片(见图1)其主要中冠簧本体1’和冠簧弹片2’组成,利用插入后的压缩变形实现接触导电,然而其存在过电流能力较差,插拔力大,多次插拔后容易损坏,实用性较差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、导电力强且不容易损坏的用于电流连接器的冠簧。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种用于电流连接器的冠簧,包括冠簧本体,所述冠簧本体包括冠簧弹片,在所述冠簧弹片的边缘设有径向方向延伸的簧片。
在所述冠簧本体的两端设有向外伸展的安装固定部。
本实用新型具有积极的效果:本实用新型的结构简单,在冠簧弹片的边缘设有径向方向延伸的簧片,使簧片在径向和轴向两个方面都能实现弹性形变,加大了导电面积,提高了导电性能,而且多次插拔也不容易损坏冠簧弹片,其结构合理且实用。进一步,在冠簧的两端设有外向伸展的安装固定部,其方便装配固定,实用性好。

在冠簧弹片的边缘设有径向方向延伸的簧片,使簧片在径向和轴向两个方面都能实现弹性形变,加大了导电面积,提高了导电性能,而且多次插拔也不容易损坏冠簧弹片,其结构合理且实用。
