目前抽屉式电气柜体中抽屉与电气柜体的电气连接通常采用的是螺栓连接。由于电气行业的快速发展,对电气设备中各部件要求及导体载流量的不断提高,抽屉与柜体之间的连接是主要问题。传统的螺栓连接存在的主要问题是:接触电阻值大,电流承载能力小,安装复杂受限制,维护费用高,且直接影响电气性能。

为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种接触电阻值小、电流承载能力大、易于安装的用于抽屉式电气柜体中抽屉与电气柜体连接的柔性插排。

柔性插排,包括插头、插座、弹片、触点,弹片与触点嵌入在插座的槽内,触点的上下端与弹片的上下端夹装连接;插头插入在插座的槽内,插头与触点通过弹片的弹力作用完全接触。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
接触电阻值小,电流承载能力大,易于安装,有效提高了电气性能,维护费用低。

一种柔性插排,包括插头1、插座2、弹片3、触点4,弹片3与触点4嵌入在插座2的槽内,触点4的上下端与弹片3的上下端夹装连接;插头1插入在插座2的槽内,插头1与触点4通过弹片3的弹力作用完全接触。
插头1固定在电气柜内部,插座2、弹片3、触点4固定在抽屉后部,使用时,将抽屉通过滑道推入电气柜内部,最终,插头1、插座2、弹片3、与触点4完全接触,组成柔性插排,形成完整导体。
