现有技术的电流连接器其母端是通过导电触片与公端接触,然而,其存在不足,过电流能力差,而且在高压下振动时较容易产生拉弧,引影其导电流效果,严重时甚至会引起粘连焊接,实用性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,导电性能好且连接稳定可靠的用于电流连接器的连接母端。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种用于电流连接器的连接母端,包括连接母端本体,所述连接母端本体包括顶部的引线焊接部和与所述引线焊接部相连接的插接部,所述插接部包括内部的导电接触弹片和外部的弹力夹持片,所述弹力夹持片设置在所述导电接触弹片的外侧且弹力夹持片的前端向内夹压所述导电接触弹片的前端。
所述引线焊接部与引线超声波焊接固定。

见图1,一种用于电流连接器的连接母端,包括连接母端本体1,所述连接母端本体1包括顶部的引线焊接部2和与所述引线焊接部2相连接的插接部3,所述插接部3包括内部的导电接触弹片31和外部的弹力夹持片32,所述弹力夹持片32设置在所述导电接触弹片31的外侧且弹力夹持片32的前端向内夹压所述导电接触弹片31的前端。其插接部由内部导电接触弹片和外部弹力夹持片组成,使导电接触弹片稳定可靠,有效防止高压下振动产生的拉弧,提高了导电性能和连接稳定可靠性,结构合理且实用。
所述引线焊接部2与引线超声波焊接固定。
本实施例中,除弹力夹持片外,其他部分均由同一块铜板落料加工而已,可以有效节省材料,降低成本。

1.一种用于电流连接器的连接母端,包括连接母端本体,其特征在于:所述连接母端本体包括顶部的引线焊接部和与所述引线焊接部相连接的插接部,所述插接部包括内部的导电接触弹片和外部的弹力夹持片,所述弹力夹持片设置在所述导电接触弹片的外侧且弹力夹持片的前端向内夹压所述导电接触弹片的前端。
