本实用新型涉及一种防爆电连接装置,应用于易燃易爆场所的带电连接。其特征是:电连接装置包括插座部件和插头部件,插座部件至少包含干簧管,以及和所述干簧管一端相连接的插座触片,插头部件至少包含永磁体和插头触片,插座部件和插头部件分离时所述干簧管处于开路状态,插头部件插入插座部件时所述干簧管处于闭合通电状态。有益效果是:插头部件插入插座部件或拔离插座部件时,在电连接触片连接或分离瞬间是处于断电状态,这样就避免了电火花的产生,从而达到本安防爆的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防爆电连接装置,应用于易燃易爆场所的带电连接。
背景技术
当两个金属导线带电连接时,两个金属导线接触的瞬间,由于存在一个较大的接触电阻,在接触点会产生火花并且产生热量,随着金属触点的稳定接触,火花和热量随之消失,当两个带电金属导线分离时,往往由于负载的存在,在触点分离的瞬间也会产生火花,所以在易燃易爆场所电连接触点的火花和热量极易引发爆炸事故。目前防爆的方法分为隔离防爆和本安防爆,隔离防爆即采用金属容器将电火花进行封闭隔离,本安防爆即设计上避免电火花的产生,本发明属于本安防爆。
CN200680025511 1公开了一种防爆连接器,包括插头部件和插座部件,所述结构为隔离防爆结构。
发明内容
本发明的思路是:插头部件插入插座部件或拔离插座部件时,在电连接触片连接或分离时是处于断电状态,这样就避免了电火花的产生,从而达到本安防爆的效果。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种防爆电连接装置,其特征是:电连接装置包括插座部件和插头部件,插座部件至少包含干簧管,以及和所述干簧管一端相连接的插座触片,插头部件至少包含永磁体和插头触片,插座部件和插头部件分离时所述干簧管处于开路状态,插头部件插入插座部件时所述干簧管在所述永磁体磁场作用下处于闭合通电状态。
本发明的有益效果是:首先,干簧管的电连接触点是在干簧管密封环境中,和外界是隔离的,插头部件插入插座部件或拔离插座部件时,在电连接触片连接或分离瞬间是处于断电状态,这样就避免了电火花的产生,从而达到本安防爆的效果。

具体实施方式  
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
图1为防爆电连接装置的插座部件。101为插座部件外壳,外壳内包含:插座触片104、干簧管108。干簧管108由输入端引线102、输出端引线106、触点103、触点107构成。105为连接导线,用来连接干簧管的输出端引线106和插座触片104,109为连接在干簧管输入端引线102上的输入端子。如果输入端子109接入电源,此时干簧管108处于开路状态,触点103和触点107是处于分开状态,所以插座触片104处于无电状态。
图2为防爆电连接装置的插头部件。201为插头部件外壳,外壳内包含永磁体202,203为插头部件引线端,204为插头触片。
图3为防爆电连接装置的插头部件插入插座部件后连接的状态原理图。插头部件插入插座部件时,当插头触片204和插座触片105接触时,干簧管108处于开路状态,插座触片104上无电,所以不会发生接触电火花,随着插头触片的插入,此时插头触片204已与插座触片104稳定接触,当插头部件不断接近插座部件时,插头部件内的永磁体202也不断接近插座部件内的干簧管108,当干簧管108处于永磁体202的有效磁场范围内时,干簧管的触点103和107接触闭合,即干簧管108处于通路状态,插座触片104处于通电状态,即输入端子109和插头部件引线端203实现了电连接。当插头部件拔离插座部件时,随着插头部件和插座部件的远离,干簧管108失去永磁体202的磁场,干簧管108处于开路状态,此时插座触片104处于无电状态,当插座触片104和插头触片204分离时也不会产生电火花。

1.一种防爆电连接装置,其特征是:电连接装置包括插座部件和插头部件,插座部件至少包含干簧管,以及和所述干簧管一端相连接的插座触片,插头部件至少包含永磁体和插头触片,插座部件和插头部件分离时所述干簧管处于开路状态,插头部件插入插座部件时所述干簧管在所述永磁体磁场作用下处于闭合通电状态。
