本实用新型涉及一种带除尘功能的耐火材料混合装置。本装置主要应用于耐火材料加工领域。 
背景技术
目前，在耐火材料混合过程中，在上料时会产生粉尘，在上料装置向混合装置卸料时，也会由于瞬间正压而产生粉尘外泄，另外在混合后的产品卸料时也会产生粉尘，这些产生的粉尘严重影响了生产车间的环境，影响了操作工人的身心健康。 
发明内容
为了克服现有问题，本实用新型提供了一种带除尘功能的耐火材料混合装置，在上料装置和耐火材料混合装置的上盖板和排料口均设置空气管路，利用除尘装置的引风机抽吸，将粉尘抽吸进入除尘器，再经除尘器进行除尘，产生的粉尘回到混合装置内。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种带除尘功能的耐火材料混合装置，它包含上料装置、耐火材料混合装置和除尘装置，在上料装置和耐火材料混合装置上都有空气管路与除尘装置连接，排出粉尘直接排入耐火材料混合装置，除尘装置包括除尘器和引风机，耐火材料混合装置上的空气接口分别在顶部和排料口吸风罩上，空气管路上设置有手动或电动调节阀门。利用引风机抽吸，将上料装置和耐火材料混合装置内以及排料口产生的粉尘，抽吸进入除尘器，经除尘器排出的粉尘回到混合装置，通过调节设置在空气管路上的阀门调节风量，确保能完全抽吸三个粉尘产生点的粉尘。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以避免上料和卸料过程中产生的粉尘外泄，保护生产环境。

具体实施方式
在上料装置1和耐火材料混合装置2上部以及卸料口都有空气管路与除尘装置连接，除尘装置包括除尘器4和引风机5，除尘器4和引风机5安装在与耐火材料混合装置2顶部相同高度的支架3上，利用引风机5抽吸，将上料装置1中产生的粉尘和耐火材料混合装置2中产生的粉尘以及卸料口产生的粉尘，经空气管路7抽吸到除尘器4内，除尘器4产生的粉尘经星型卸料器9出料，直接排入耐火材料混合装置2，空气管路上设置有调节阀门6，用于调节各部分抽吸的风量，确保能完全抽吸三个粉尘产生点的粉尘。

1.一种带除尘功能的耐火材料混合装置，它包含上料装置、耐火材料混合装置和除尘装置，其特征在于：在上料装置和耐火材料混合装置上都有空气管路与除尘装置连接，除尘装置内的粉尘排入耐火材料混合装置。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的带除尘功能的耐火材料混合装置，其特征在于：除尘装置包括除尘器和引风机。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的带除尘功能的耐火材料混合装置，其特征在于：耐火材料混合装置上的空气接口分别在顶部和排料口吸风罩上。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的带除尘功能的耐火材料混合装置，其特征在于：空气管路上设置有手动或电动调节阀门。
