背景技术
目前,合成塑胶PPP管是人们日常生活给水管,其不生锈,安装方便,成本低等优势,替代了钢管给水管。但严寒时节,气温骤降,管内水结冰后,体积变大就会涨破给水管,存在不防冻等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有给水管不防冻的缺陷,提供一种防冻给水管。
本实用新型的技术方案为:防冻给水管管壁由两层构成,即内层和外层,内层为具有一定压缩比幅度材质,内层和外层紧密配合。
本实用新型的防冻给水管利用内管受力后被压缩的空间来解决给水管内水在结冰状态下,体积变大所需要的空间,从而达到防冻的效果。

具体实施方式
防冻给水管管壁由两层构成,即内层1和外层2,内层为具有一定压缩比幅度材质,如充气膜或软体橡胶等,内层和外层紧密配合。
其原理为:同质量的水在结冰状态下,其体积会变大,这就是导致一般给水管不防冻的原因,根据物理公式:P(密度)=m(质量)/v(体积)可导出水结冰后的体积比I ; I(冰水体积比)=v(冰)/v(水),可列出公式,导出水结冰前后,加装内管变化的数据,从而生产防冻给水管。图1为水状态下给水管,c=π r,c为给水管水状态横截面;π为圆周率;r为给水管内管水状态半径;图2为冰状态下给水管,c1=π rI ,c1为给水管冰状态横截面;π为圆周率;r为给水管水状态半径:I为冰与水体积比,约为1.09。水结冰后体积变化使r增至r1;h为内管管厚,h1为内管压缩厚度;h2为内管被压缩厚度;r2=h-h; 因r1-r=r2, r为水结冰后体积变大后增加的半径,也就是加装的内管被压缩的厚度,即r= h,如内管选用材质的压缩比为I, I1=h2/h,h2=Ih; 据上述原理及理论即可得出生产防冻给水管的全部数据。
