本实用新型公开了一种浮球，包括上壳体和下壳体，壳体内部有轻质材料的填充物，壳体外设有系绳的绳耳，壳体是由聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯硬质塑料制成，轻质材料是聚乙烯泡沫或聚苯乙烯泡沫。本实用新型的优点在于，浮球壳体采用硬质塑料，重量轻，而且价格便宜；在壳体内填充的轻质材料，能够保证在外层壳体破损的情况下仍然不会使浮球内部进水下沉，延长使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种浮球，尤其是海产品养殖用的浮球。
背景技术
海水养殖中需要用到大量的浮球。目前普遍使用的浮球是一种空心的球壳，内充空气。但是，这种浮球使用时间长了，由于海水的冲击和腐蚀容易使壳体破损，这样海水由破损处流进壳体内，浮球就不能悬浮而下沉。因此，这样的浮球寿命较短。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种浮球，该浮球内部填充了轻质材料，即使外部壳体损坏也能保证浮球不进水，延长使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种浮球，包括上壳体和下壳体，其特征是：壳体内部有轻质材料的填充物。所述壳体外设有系绳的绳耳。所述壳体是由聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯硬质塑料制成。所述轻质材料是聚乙烯泡沫或聚苯乙烯泡沫。

参见图1和图2，一种浮球，主要由上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)两部分组成，上壳体(1)上左右两边设有绳耳(3)，绳子从中穿过系在养殖装置上。上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)通过高温处理紧密粘合。壳体内部填充有轻质材料。其中，外壳体是由聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯硬质塑料制成，质量轻，而且价格便宜。壳体内的轻质材料是聚乙烯泡沫或聚苯乙烯泡沫制成。
