为解决上述技术问题,本防溢铝增压盛锭筒包括盛锭筒(1),其还包括抵触垫盘(2),所述抵触垫盘(2)呈圆锥台形,设置于盛锭筒(1)端部开口处,其中部开有通孔(3),该通孔(3)与盛锭筒(1)内腔相通。 
作为优化,所述抵触垫盘(2)底面固定连接在盛锭筒(1)端面上,其上表面与盛锭筒(1)端面平行,抵触点盘(2)上表面面积为下表面的三分之一。 
作为优化,所述通孔(3)孔径与盛锭筒(1)内腔半径相等。 
如此设计:盛锭筒端面增加一斜坡抵触面,使其与模具的接触面积减小,减小接触面积,一方面增大了接触面的压强,另一方面使接触面的附着物减少,接触更加紧密,即使有溢铝现象,溢出的铝水会自动往后翻,处理“走水”也 更加容易和方便。
