本实用新型涉及建筑和保温材料领域,具体涉及一种建筑用的单保双腔复合保温砌块。 
背景技术
用保温砌块和砂浆砌筑成的墙体,可做工业与民用建筑的承重墙和维护墙。这种保温砌块目前主要结构是采用混凝土壳体和填充于混凝土壳体空腔内的发泡混凝土或填充泡沫料浆构成。具有较好的保温、隔热效果和良好的防火、耐久、隔音、抗压、利废等性能。我们以前研发和申请过的专利,如《一保双腔复合保温砌块》就是这种情况。但这种复合保温砌块两端有沟槽,结构相对复杂,模具加工难度相对较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,推陈出新,设计出一种单保双腔复合保温砌块。该砌块具有一保双腔复合保温砌块的优点,同时结构更为简单,模具加工相对容易。 
本实用新型采用以下技术方案 
1、一种单保双腔复合保温砌块,其特征是它由中空混凝土壳体(1)、混凝土壳体中较小的空腔(2)和填充于另一个混凝土壳体中较长的空腔(3)内的无机保温发泡体(4)组成,混凝土壳体中较小的空腔(2)为两个并列在一起的空腔。 
本实用新型的有益效果,单保双腔复合保温砌块结构合理,是对一保双腔复合保温砌块的改进,简化了保温砌块的结构,模具加工相对容易。同时经过检测,砌块强度有保证,保温效果好,节能效果明显,推广使用后有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

实施例1 
单保双腔复合保温砌块,首先制作好中空混凝土壳体(1),中空混凝土壳体(1)里有混凝土壳体中较小的空腔(2)和混凝土壳体中较长的空腔(3),在混凝土壳体中较长的空腔(3)内填充磷石膏或脱硫石膏或水泥与粉煤灰混合的无机保温发泡体(4);混凝土壳体中较小的空腔(2)则不填充任何保温材料,采取空穴隔热、保温。
