本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,推陈出新,设计出一种阶梯型复合保温砌块。该砌块具有以前同类复合保温砌块的优点,同时使混凝土壳体两端的端面延长了冷热桥长度,因而砌块的保温、隔热效果更好。

一种阶梯型复合保温砌块,由中空混凝土壳体(1)和填充于混凝土壳体空腔(2)内的泡沫料浆(3)组成,混凝土壳体的两端有延长冷热桥长度的沟槽(4)。

阶梯型复合保温砌块,首先制作好中空混凝土壳体(1),中空混凝土壳体(1)里有空腔(2),在空腔(2)内填充磷石膏或脱硫石膏或水泥与粉煤灰混合的无机保温发泡体(3);混凝土壳体的两端有延长冷热桥长度的U字型沟槽(4);两块阶梯型复合保温砌块,砌筑时使用混凝砂浆的砌筑端面相互平整接触,沟槽(4)中间不填入砂浆,以增强阶梯型复合保温砌块的保温效果。
