背景技术
用保温砌块和砂浆砌筑成的墙体,可做工业与民用建筑的承重墙和维护墙。这种保温砌块目前主要结构是采用混凝土壳体和填充于混凝土壳体空腔内的发泡混凝土或泡沫料浆构成。具有较好的保温、隔热效果和良好的防火、耐久、隔音、抗压、利废等性能。但大都存在传热系数过高等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,推陈出新,设计出一种日字型双腔复合保温砌块。该砌块具有以前同类复合保温砌块的优点,同时使混凝土壳体两端的端面延长了冷热桥长度,因而砌块的保温、隔热效果更好。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案
1、一种日字型双腔复合保温砌块,由中空混凝土壳体(1)和填充于混凝土壳体空腔(2)内的泡沫料浆(3)组成,混凝土壳体两端端面的中间处有延长冷热桥长度的沟槽(4)。
2、所述混凝土壳体两端端面中间处延长冷热桥长度的沟槽(4)为U字型沟槽或V字型沟槽或半圆型沟槽或椭圆型沟槽或方型沟槽。
本实用新型的有益效果,单腔复合保温砌块结构合理,是对以前同类复合保温砌块的改进和提高。使混凝土壳体两端的端面延长了冷热桥长度,因而砌块的保温、隔热效果更好,节能效果十分明显,推广使用后有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
实施例1
日字型双腔复合保温砌块,首先制作好中空混凝土壳体(1),中空混凝土壳体(1)里有空腔(2),在空腔(2)内填充磷石膏或脱硫石膏或水泥与粉煤灰混合的无机保温发泡体(3);混凝土壳体两端端面的中间处有延长冷热桥长度的U字型沟槽(4);两块日字型双腔复合保温砌块,砌筑时使用混凝砂浆的砌筑端面相互平整接触,沟槽(4)中间不填入砂浆,两个沟槽(4)合并形成一个空气层,增强日字型双腔复合保温砌块的保温效果。

1.一种日字型双腔复合保温砌块,其特征是由中空混凝土壳体(1)和填充于混凝土壳体空腔(2)内的泡沫料浆(3)组成,混凝土壳体两端端面的中间处有延长冷热桥长度的沟槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种日字型双腔复合保温砌块,其特征是,所述混凝土壳体两端端面中间处延长冷热桥长度的沟槽(4)为U字型沟槽或V字型沟槽或半圆型沟槽或椭圆型沟槽或方型沟槽。
