断桥型一保三孔复合保温砌块,首先制作好中空混凝土壳体(1),中空混凝土壳体(1)里有较长的空腔(2)、较小的空腔(3)和带断桥的空腔(4),在较长的空腔(2)内填充磷石膏或脱硫石膏或水泥与粉煤灰混合的无机保温发泡体(5);较小的空腔(2)和带断桥的空腔(4)则不填充任何保温材料,采取空穴隔热、保温。混凝土壳体两端的中间处有阻碍冷、热传递的断桥(5);两块断桥型一保三孔复合保温砌块,砌筑时使用混凝砂浆的砌筑端面相互平整接触,断桥(5)中间不填入砂浆,以增强断桥型一保三孔复合保温砌块的保温效果。
