变性淀粉是一种经过改性过的淀粉，变性淀粉具有一些特殊的理化性能，添加到食品配方中后可以使食品在加工或食用时具有更好的性能。变性淀粉是在天然淀粉所具有的固有特性的基础上，为改善淀粉的性能、扩大其应用范围，利用物理、化学或酶法处理，在淀粉分子上引入新的官能团或改变淀粉分子大小和淀粉颗粒性质，从而改变淀粉的天然特性如糊化温度、热粘度及其稳定性、冻融稳定性、凝胶力、成膜性、透明性等，使其更适合于一定应用的要求。目前变性淀粉的用途非常广泛，大量应用于造纸和食品领域。现有的造纸变性淀粉的生产装置比较复杂，投资成本高。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种造纸变性淀粉生产装置。
为了实现以上目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种造纸变性淀粉生产装置，包括原料预混罐，所述原料预混罐通过管道依次与调乳罐、反应罐、粗品储罐、筛分装置、第一分离洗涤机、成品罐串设。
所述调乳罐和所述反应罐之间的管道上设置有氢氧化钠溶液进口，在所述氢氧化钠溶液进口与所述反应罐之间的管道上串设有第二分离洗涤机。
所述第二分离洗涤机上设置有洗涤水出口，所述洗涤水出口与所述调乳罐连接。
所述筛分装置为曲筛。
本实用新型提供的造纸变性淀粉生产装置结构简单、流程设计合理，所需设备少，投资小，能耗低，生产效率高，经济效益显著。
另外，在造纸变性淀粉的生产中发现，淀粉原料的蛋白含量会对生产过程造成一定的困扰，最主要的是此种原料生产的变性淀粉产品，在造纸企业使用过程中会产生大量的泡沫，对纸机生产造成严重的影响，造成不必要的停机，降低产量。为解决该问题，本实用新型提供的造纸变性淀粉生产装置在调乳罐上设置了氢氧化钠溶液进口，通过在预混原料中添加NaOH溶液对预混原料进行处理，以降低淀粉原料中蛋白的含量，然后再经第二分离洗涤机洗涤分离，解决了以上问题，生产出的造纸变性淀粉在造纸企业使用过程中不会产生泡沫，使用效果好。

见图1所示，本实施例提供的一种造纸变性淀粉生产装置，包括原料预混罐1，原料预混罐1通过管道依次与调乳罐3、反应罐4、粗品储罐8、曲筛9、第一分离洗涤机6、成品罐5串设。

见图2所示，本实施例提供的一种造纸变性淀粉生产装置，包括原料预混罐1，原料预混罐1通过管道依次与调乳罐3、反应罐4、粗品储罐8、曲筛9、第一分离洗涤机6、成品罐5串设。调乳罐3和反应罐4之间的管道上设置有氢氧化钠溶液进口2，在氢氧化钠溶液进口2与反应罐4之间的管道上串设有第二分离洗涤机7，第二分离洗涤机7上设置有洗涤水出口10，洗涤水出口10与调乳罐3连接。

1.一种造纸变性淀粉生产装置，其特征在于，包括原料预混罐，所述原料预混罐通过管道依次与调乳罐、反应罐、粗品储罐、筛分装置、第一分离洗涤机、成品罐串设。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的造纸变性淀粉生产装置，其特征在于，所述调乳罐和所述反应罐之间的管道上设置有氢氧化钠溶液进口，在所述氢氧化钠溶液进口与所述反应罐之间的管道上串设有第二分离洗涤机。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的造纸变性淀粉生产装置，其特征在于，所述第二分离洗涤机上设置有洗涤水出口，所述洗涤水出口与所述调乳罐连接。 
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的造纸变性淀粉生产装置，其特征在于，所述筛分装置为曲筛。
