本实用新型涉及型材加工设备技术领域，具体属于一种传动齿轮切割装置。
背景技术
现有的切割装置设计不合理，操作不够灵活。在切割时操作主要通过一个固定支撑架，切割机切割齿轮设置固定架上，电机输出轴直接连接切割齿轮。在切割时遇到阻力加大时，无法实现切割。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种传动齿轮切割装置，克服了现有技术的不足，设计简单，结构合理，将固定轴设置于电机上端，通过固定板固定于电机上，固定轴由电机驱动，带动切割齿轮运行，切割齿轮外侧轴上设有调节手柄，切割时操作方便，传动稳定。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种传动齿轮切割装置，包括固定轴、切割齿轮和电机，所述的固定轴外设有固定套，固定轴一端设有切割齿轮，另一端设有传动齿轮，传动齿轮通过具有齿槽的皮带与电机前端齿轮连接，切割齿轮一端设有支撑板。
所述的切割齿轮两侧分别设有固定轮和固定齿轮。
所述的切割齿轮外侧轴上设有调节手柄。
