本实用新型的技术方案是：其特征是把钢铢压入电池的注液孔内，让钢铢与盖板平齐即可；铆钉把盖板固定在电池上。
由于采用了上述技术方案，取消点清漆胶工序，优化工序流程，降低生产成本。防止电池在水洗时，水进入电池内部。
