Abstract
本实用新型涉及到锂离子电池领域,是一种锂离子电池注液孔的钢铢装置。其特征是把钢铢压入电池的注液孔内,让钢铢与盖板平齐即可;铆钉把盖板固定在电池上。由于采用了本技术方案,取消点清漆胶工序,优化工序流程,降低生产成本。防止电池在水洗时,水进入电池内部。

背景技术
一般锂离子电池在注液孔处点上清漆胶进行密封,存在的问题是时间长后容易脱落,泄露液体,造成安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种锂离子电池注液孔的钢铢装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:其特征是把钢铢压入电池的注液孔内,让钢铢与盖板平齐即可;铆钉把盖板固定在电池上。
由于采用了上述技术方案,取消点清漆胶工序,优化工序流程,降低生产成本。防止电池在水洗时,水进入电池内部。
