现有技术中的配电箱大多采用金属制成,外表喷漆,长期的与空气接触,时间一长金属外壳容易生锈,特别在一些化工企业腐蚀严重的场所,配电箱放置于这样的环境中极易腐蚀而损坏,造成不良后果。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种抗腐蚀环氧树脂复合配电箱,本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型的结构包括冷轧钢板、乙烯基树脂粘合层A、环氧树脂复合层A、胶衣树脂抗氧层A、乙烯基树脂粘合层B、环氧树脂复合层B、胶衣树脂抗氧层B,其特征在于,在冷轧钢板的一侧设置有乙烯基树脂粘合层A,乙烯基树脂粘合层A的里侧与冷轧钢板接触,乙烯基树脂粘合层A的外侧设置有环氧树脂复合层A,环氧树脂复合层A的里侧与乙烯基树脂粘合层A接触,环氧树脂复合层A的外侧设置有胶衣树脂抗氧层A,冷轧钢板的另一侧设置有乙烯基树脂粘合层B,乙烯基树脂粘合层B的里侧与冷轧钢板接触,乙烯基树脂粘合层B的外侧设置有环氧树脂复合层B,环氧树脂复合层B的里侧与乙烯基树脂粘合层B接触,环氧树脂复合层B的外侧设置有胶衣树脂抗氧层B。
