背景技术
炼铁高炉重力除尘卸灰阀更换时，总出现卸灰阀备件长度尺寸短1.5cm左右，而无法实现连接密封。一般都是将未连接的一端管道割除先与阀门连接后，再将管道进行包覆处理，这样处理复杂且时间过长。
发明内容
为了实现炼铁高炉重力除尘卸灰阀备件更换时，因阀门备件长度尺寸短缺1.5cm左右而无法实现安装状况，本实用新型提供了一种快速补偿装置，能够快速实现阀门安装时尺寸短缺补偿的作用。本实用新型具体技术方案如下：一种快速补偿装置，其特征在于：该装置设有基本体1，基本体1的中间设有通孔2，通孔2的外囲设有螺栓孔3，基本体1的上、下分别设有连接密封面4。
本实用新型能够快速实现安装阀门尺寸短缺的连接补偿功能；造价低廉，结构简单，使用方便。

参照附图，一种快速补偿装置，其特征在于：该装置设有基本体1，基本体1的中间设有通孔2，通孔2的外囲设有螺栓孔3，基本体1的上、下分别设有连接密封面4。
使用时，将本实用新型置于管道和阀门之间，本实用新型的上、下连接密封面4处均安装相匹配的密封垫片，利用螺栓通过螺栓孔3将管道和阀门连接紧固，起到密封补偿的作用。本实用新型经使用，达到了快速补偿的作用和效果。
