Abstract

一种220kV-500kV可变式耐张型输电塔,其特征在于:塔头部设一层地线横担、三层导线横担,转角内侧地线横担端部设纵向跳线支架。本实用新型在通过变换导线挂线方式设计,使其220kV和500kV带电间隙相互兼容,优化了塔头几何尺寸,受力更加合理,最大限度的控制了由于220kV升压至500kV塔头间隙放大、造成钢材指标大幅提高的弱点。经运行考验,满足送电线路高压220kV单回路运行转换为500kV超高压双回路运行的要求,经济合理,安全可靠,外形美观大方,填补了我国送电线路由高压220kV双回路运行转换为500kV超高压单回路运行不需拆除输电塔、重新建设新线路的空白。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及高压220kV和超高压500kV电网输电塔,尤其是涉及一种由220kV双回路高压输电过度到500kV超高压单回路输电的耐张型输电塔。
背景技术
以往的送电线路以不同电压等级输电,由于电压等级的限制,输电塔的带电间隙是一定的,因此,同一电压等级、同一使用条件的输电塔的控制尺寸是固定的,即输电塔的使用条件是固定的。一条输电线路的建设由于输电塔使用条件的固定, 使其无法升压改造,若需超高压升级换代必将拆除原线路建设新线路。随着我国经济高速发展,城乡用电量快速增加,建设不久的220kV输电线路就迫切要求升压改造成500kV输电线路,以满足城乡用电的需要。结合工程设计发明了220kV-500kV可变式耐张型输电塔。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种220kV-500kV可变式耐张型输电塔,220kV-500kV可变式耐张型输电塔可在高压220kV双回路线路中应用,若需升级至500kV超高压时,不必拆除原线路输电塔可直接通过变换导线挂线方式,实现500kV超高压单回路运行,节省大量工程投资。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种220kV-500kV可变式耐张型输电塔,其特征在于:塔头部设一层地线横担、三层导线横担,转角内侧地线横担端部设纵向跳线支架。
本实用新型在通过变换导线挂线方式设计,使其220kV和500kV带电间隙相互兼容,优化了塔头几何尺寸,受力更加合理,最大限度的控制了由于220kV升压至500kV塔头间隙放大、造成钢材指标大幅提高的弱点。经运行考验,满足送电线路高压220kV双回路运行转换为500kV超高压单回路运行的要求,经济合理,安全可靠,外形美观大方,填补了我国送电线路由高压220kV双回路运行转换为500kV超高压单回路运行不需拆除输电塔、重新建设新线路的空白。

具体实施方式
参照图1,高压220kV双回路运行时,塔头部一层地线横担1、2,转角内侧地线横担端部设纵向跳线支架9。三层导线横担3、4,5、6,7、8左右侧分别垂直排列,挂两回双分裂导线。
参照图2,500kV超高压单回路运行时,塔头部一层地线横担1、2,转角内侧地线横担端部设纵向跳线支架9,上层导线横担3内侧挂一项四分裂导线, 中层导线横担5、6两侧各挂一项四分裂导线,转角外侧上层导线横担4和下层导线横担7、8不挂导线。
