本实用新型属于收线器技术领域,公开了一种绝缘杆式收线器。其主要技术特征为:包括卡线器和与该卡线器连接的棘轮收线器,在所述的棘轮收线器的另一端连接有绝缘杆,在所述绝缘杆的另一端连接有挂钩。首先将挂钩挂在横担等上面,并将卡线器固定在导线上,通过棘轮收线器将导线拉紧,更换上新的耐张绝缘子后,卸下该绝缘杆收线器即可,在更换耐张绝缘子过程中,导线端部位置不发生改变,更换更加方便,效率高。

本实用新型属于收线器技术领域,具体的讲涉及绝缘杆式收线器。
背景技术
目前在10kv配电线路带电更换耐张绝缘子一直使用的是进口绝缘带式紧线器进行作业,这种紧线器体积大重量沉不方便使用并且价格昂贵,因为紧线器的绝缘带有弹性,把导线紧起,拆下不合格悬式绝缘子后,再安装新悬式绝缘子时就挂不上了,还得拆除紧线器上的绝缘装置,重新紧固再恢复绝缘,这样既有不安全因素,也增加了带电作业的难度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题就是提供一种操作简单、安全可靠、工作效率高的绝缘杆式收线器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案为:包括卡线器和与该卡线器连接的棘轮收线器,在所述的棘轮收线器的另一端连接有绝缘杆,在所述绝缘杆的另一端连接有挂钩。
其附加技术特征为: 
所述棘轮收线器和绝缘杆通过第一U型环连接;
所述绝缘杆和挂钩通过第二U型环连接。
本实用新型提供的绝缘杆式收线器,同现有技术相比较具有以下优点:其一,由于包括卡线器和与该卡线器连接的棘轮收线器,在所述的棘轮收线器的另一端连接有绝缘杆,在所述绝缘杆的另一端连接有挂钩,首先将挂钩挂在横担等上面,并将卡线器固定在导线上,通过棘轮收线器将导线拉紧,更换上新的耐张绝缘子后,卸下该绝缘杆收线器即可,在更换耐张绝缘子过程中,导线端部位置不发生改变,更换更加方便,效率高;其二,由于所述棘轮收线器和绝缘杆通过第一U型环连接或者所述绝缘杆和挂钩通过第二U型环连接,这样,无论挂钩挂在什么位置,都能够保证拉力沿绝缘杆方向。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型所提出的绝缘杆式收线器的结构做进一步说明。
如图1所示,为绝缘杆式收线器的结构示意图。其结构包括卡线器1和与该卡线器1连接的棘轮收线器2,在棘轮收线器2的另一端连接有绝缘杆3,在绝缘杆3的另一端连接有挂钩4。首先将挂钩4挂在杆塔的横担等上面,并将卡线器1固定在导线上,通过棘轮收线器2将导线拉紧,更换上新的耐张绝缘子后,卸下该绝缘杆收线器即可,在更换耐张绝缘子过程中,导线端部位置不发生改变,更换更加方便,效率高。
棘轮收线器2和绝缘杆3通过第一U型环5连接。绝缘杆3和挂钩4通过第二U型环6连接,这样,无论挂钩挂4在什么位置,都能够保证拉力沿绝缘杆3的方向。
本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅局限于上述实施例,只要结构与本实用新型绝缘杆式收线器结构相同,就落在本实用新型保护的范围。

1.绝缘杆式收线器,包括卡线器和与该卡线器连接的棘轮收线器,其特征在于:在所述的棘轮收线器的另一端连接有绝缘杆,在所述绝缘杆的另一端连接有挂钩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘杆式收线器,其特征在于:所述棘轮收线器和绝缘杆通过第一U型环连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘杆式收线器,其特征在于:所述绝缘杆和挂钩通过第二U型环连接。
