本实用新型涉及输电线路施工中紧挂线和线路绝缘子串的维修领域,具体地说是一种挂线钩。
背景技术
目前,在输电线路施工紧挂线和维修线路绝缘子串过程中,普遍在使用卡线器作为握线工具。但是在使用卡线器进行施工和维修时,会存在一些弊端:
1、紧线时绝缘子串和导线容易受到损伤。经统计,自2011年以来,35KV及以上送电线路施工时使用卡线器时,100%会在导线表面留下卡痕,同时有75 %的几率在导线表面形成毛刺;
2、卡线器在紧线时在导线上留下的卡痕,在天气潮湿时容易形成电晕,带来不必要的设备损坏,大大减少了设备的使用寿命;
3、使用卡线器更换绝缘子时,绝缘子容易翻转,不仅会给施工人员造成一定的施工难度,也容易对施工人员的人身安全造成威胁。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种挂线钩,该挂线钩能有效解决损伤绝缘子串和导线的问题,从而延长设备使用寿命,保证工作人员的施工安全。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:挂线钩,其特征是,包括一个U形支架,U形支架的两末端分别向U型支架的顶部方向弯折形成两个挂钩,弯折的部分平行于U形支架,所述的挂钩位于U形支架的同侧。
本实用新型具有以下突出的有益效果:
1、使用挂线钩操作保证了工作人员的人身安全,工作人员不用再坐在导线上连接或拆除U型环与卡线器,而直接用油丝绳拆除挂线钩即可;
2、使用挂线钩操作缩短了工作时间,节省了连接与拆除卡线器等工具的时间,大大提高了工作效率;
3、使用挂线钩操作可以保护绝缘子串和导线不受损伤,挂线钩使绝缘子串受力均匀,不再旋转,从而使工作人员施工方便,避免了对导线造成损伤。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,挂线钩,其特征是,包括一个U形支架1,U形支架1的两末端分别向U型支架1的顶部方向弯折形成两个挂钩2,弯折的部分平行于U形支架1,所述的挂钩2位于U形支架1的同侧。
使用实用新型连接绝缘子串与杆塔,在紧线过程中只需将U型支架1端部的两个挂钩2挂在靠近线路侧的联板的外侧,再用油丝绳连接杆塔和U型支架1,当绝缘子串与杆塔连接好后,工作人员再把U型支架1与油丝绳拆除即可。
