背景技术
电缆线一般由一根或多根相互绝缘的导体外包绝缘和保护层制成,其作用是将电力或信息从一处传输到另一处,电缆线是现代社会电子电力领域中必不可少的设备。电缆线生产后要将电缆线长距离输出,因此需要张紧轮在传输过程中对电缆线张紧,现有技术的张紧轮无法根据电缆线的张紧程度实时调整。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种电缆过线张紧轮,以解决现有技术的张紧轮无法根据电缆线张紧程度实时调整的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
电缆过线张紧轮,包括有竖向的支杆,其特征在于:所述支杆顶端固定有安装座, 所述安装座中开有铰接槽,还包括有压杆,所述压杆一端转动安装有张紧轮,压杆中间设置有铰接座,所述压杆的铰接座铰接在安装座的铰接槽中。
本实用新型结构简单,易于实现,安装和维护方便。支杆顶端的安装座中铰接有压杆的铰接座,使压杆两端可沿压杆中间的铰接座上下转动。电缆线输出时,通过压杆一端的张紧轮压住电缆线以张紧,同时张紧轮会根据电缆线自身的张紧程度随压杆杆端上、下移动,因此实现了张紧轮根据电缆线自身张紧程度的实时调整。本实用新型解决了张紧轮无法根据电缆线张紧程度实时调整的问题,提高了电缆线的传输效率。
