技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于大容量输电线路上的跳线悬垂串。
背景技术
特高压架空送电线路中,耐张塔的引流跳线装置是用来连接杆塔两侧与绝缘子串相连的导线,进行导电接续的。刚性跳线主要应用于大容量输电线路上垂直排列的双回路和多回路耐张塔上,现在跳线装置通常由双联悬垂串连接杆塔,其结构复杂、安装不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种±500kV同塔双回线路用悬垂软跳线合成绝缘子串,使结构简单、安装方便。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采取以下的技术方案:
±500kV同塔双回线路用悬垂软跳线合成绝缘子串,包括单联Ⅰ型悬垂串,Ⅰ型悬垂串由合成绝缘子串接而成,Ⅰ型悬垂串的一端依次连接球头挂环、UB挂板,另一端通过碗头挂板与悬垂联板连接,在悬垂联板上安装跳线悬垂线夹。
上述技术方案采用单联跳线悬垂绝缘子串,结构简单;通过UB挂板与杆塔连接,具有一个挂点,安装方便。
在悬垂联板上还安装重锤片。
本实用新型结构简单、安装方便,连接可靠性高。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型内容作进一步说明。
本实施例为0、10mm冰区平丘JL/G3A-900/40导线以及10mm山地和15mm冰区JL/G1A-900/75导线1X180kN单联悬垂跳线绝缘子串。
如图1所示,本实施例包括单联Ⅰ型悬垂串1,Ⅰ型悬垂串1由合成绝缘子2串接而成,Ⅰ型悬垂串1的一端依次连接球头挂环3、UB挂板4,另一端通过碗头挂板5与悬垂联板6连接,在悬垂联板6上安装跳线悬垂线夹7和重锤片8,在跳线悬垂线夹7内安装跳线。

1.±500kV同塔双回线路用悬垂软跳线合成绝缘子串,其特征是:包括单联Ⅰ型悬垂串,所述Ⅰ型悬垂串由合成绝缘子串接而成,所述Ⅰ型悬垂串的一端依次连接球头挂环、UB挂板,另一端通过碗头挂板与悬垂联板连接,所述悬垂联板上安装跳线悬垂线夹。
2.如权利要求1所述的±500kV同塔双回线路用悬垂软跳线合成绝缘子串,其特征是:所述悬垂联板上安装重锤片。
