背景技术
[0002] 随着地下水保护和周边环境保护如地面沉降要求的提高和保护意识的增强,在工程建设中涉及到地下水降排措施时,对地下水的控制要求也越来越高,要求无污染的同时达到少排水甚至不排水。基坑降水时尤其是深基坑降水,首先需要布置疏干井排出坑内储水,若基坑底存在高水头承压含水层,且该水头不满足国家规范要求的抗突涌稳定验算时,则需要布置减压井对该承压含水层采取减压措施。疏干排水和减压排水往往会导致基坑底地下水越流和基坑地下水绕流,从而引起坑外地面沉降和影响周边环境如建、构筑物和道路、管线等。于是需要一种既能达到降水疏干和减压的目的,又能尽可能减少排水量和降低周边地面沉降的工程措施。本实用新型即是基于以上需要而提出的。
[0003] 桩基础是一种被广泛应用的基础类型,适用于各种类型的地质条件和上部结构条件,尤其在沿海软土地基条件下的高层、超高层建筑中得到广泛应用。桩基础中的基桩一般直径为0.4m〜1.2m,桩距一般为6倍左右桩径,高层和超高层建筑的柱网轴线距离一般为IOm左右,所以闻层和超闻层建筑的深基坑底粧与粧之间的间距一般在IOm左右。总之,深基坑底几乎密密麻麻布满了基础桩。
[0004] 高压劈裂注浆技术将水泥或化学浆液等注入土层,在注浆过程中,注浆管出口的浆液对四周地层施加了附加压应力,使土体发生剪切裂缝,而浆液则沿着裂缝从土体强度低的地方向强度高的地方劈裂,劈入土体中的浆体便形成了加固土体的网络或骨架。高压劈裂注浆技术既可应用于渗透性较好的砂层,又可应用于渗透性差的粘性土层。对不同土质,加固体强度可达到0.5〜lOMPa,渗透系数降低到10_7〜lO'm/s。理论研究得扩散半径可到达20米以上,实践中扩散半径可达到5〜10米。

[0042] 本实用新型的基本原理是:在基础桩位钻孔至预定位置后后停顿以进行高压劈裂注浆,注浆完成后继续钻进桩孔至桩底位置,再吊放钢筋笼和灌注混凝土,即在桩身特定位置形成一个圆饼状水平隔渗体,群桩孔位所有水平隔渗体连接成片,与竖向止水帷幕形成封闭边界条件,最大限度的减少排水量和降低周边地面沉降。
[0043] 高压劈裂注浆技术将水泥或化学浆液等注入土层,在注浆过程中,注浆管出口的浆液对四周地层施加了附加压应力,使土体发生剪切裂缝,而浆液则沿着裂缝从土体强度低的地方向强度高的地方劈裂,劈入土体中的浆体便形成了加固土体的网络或骨架,降低了土体的渗透性。钻孔灌注桩技术是一种成熟的施工技术,其中泥浆护壁施工法的施工工序包括过程是:平整场地一泥浆制备一埋设护筒一铺设工作平台一安装钻机并定位一钻进成孔一清孔并检查成孔质量一下放钢筋笼一灌注混凝土一拔出护筒一检查质量。
[0044] 本实用新型将成桩和高压劈裂注浆两种工程技术在一个桩位钻孔中完成,在达到合理组合、高效施工的同时,在每个桩孔周围形成一个圆饼状水平向加固隔渗体,密集群桩孔的隔渗体连接成整体一片,与竖向止水帷幕形成一个封闭边界。在该封闭边界内降水减压,可以最大限度地减少排水量和降低周边地面沉降。该发明在一个钻孔内完成高压劈裂注浆和灌注桩施工,具有技术成熟、施工简便的优点。

[0046] 某住宅小区高层建筑基坑工程近似为长方形,长约230m,宽约205m,基坑面积4.7万m2。基坑支护结构为地连墙和内支撑,采取明挖法施工,基坑挖深12.510m,地下连续墙深25m。基础型式为桩基础,共1891根灌注桩,桩长24.8m,桩径600mm,承台为四桩承台,柱距(承台中心)8.4m,承台下桩距为1.8m。平均约25m2 —根桩。
[0047] 基坑底以下7〜23m处存在粉砂承压含水层,该承压含水层水头埋深约1.1m,基坑抗突涌稳定验算不满足,止水帷幕未截断承压含水层。根据常规方法需布置大量减压井,大面积抽水会导致坑外地面沉降,采取本实用新型方法后避免了以上情况发生。
[0048] 根据计算,在桩身中部,桩顶以下11〜12m处进行2道高压劈裂注浆,形成2层各约30cm厚的水平隔渗体,群桩水平隔渗体连接成片,与地下连续墙形成桶状封闭边界。基坑内设置10 口备用减压井。
[0049] 施工时在地面首先进行平整场地、泥浆制备、埋设护筒、铺设工作平台、安装钻机并定位等准备工作,之后钻直径600mm孔至埋深23.5m处,超钻直径80mm孔长Im至埋深24.5m处,该直径80mm、长Im孔为高压劈裂注浆孔。在超钻注浆孔底以上O〜30cm范围内进行高压劈裂注浆,形成直径约5m的水平盘状加固体,再提升注浆管40cm,在超钻注浆孔底以上70〜IOOcm范围内进行高压劈裂注浆,形成直径约5m的另一个水平盘状加固体。高压劈裂注浆完成后再继续进行直径600_的桩孔钻进,桩孔钻进至桩底位置即埋深37.310m后,拔钻然后吊放钢筋笼和灌注混凝土,最后拔出护筒并进行检查工作。每根桩如此施工,完成全部灌注桩和高压劈裂注浆施工。
[0050] 桩身中部劈裂注浆后形成水平隔渗体并连接成片状整体,与竖向地下连续墙连接形成桶状封闭边界,施工后基坑降水量极大减少,几乎未因降水引起坑外地面沉降,效果良好。

1.一种隔渗钻孔灌注桩,其特征在于,该钻孔灌注桩设有位于含水层降水位置的大直径水平圆饼状注浆加固土隔渗体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔渗钻孔灌注桩,其特征在于,群桩孔位的所有所述注浆加固土隔渗体连接成一整片,与竖向止水帷幕形成一个封闭降水边界。
