本实用新型涉及复合织物技术领域，具体地说是一种可阻挡PU发泡液体外漏的复合织物。
背景技术
目前市场上的汽车内饰的头枕一般都采用一体式PU灌注法，通过液态PU的流动性可以平均且准确地流动到织物内壳里面，再发泡定型，进而达到整体发泡、整体塑形，增加了外观的一致性和使用的舒适性，但是，在传统的灌注过程中，经常会发生溢胶的情况，进而影响整个头枕的外观和正常使用，不良品率高达30%。

本实用新型提供一种结构简单、防漏效果好的可阻挡PU发泡液体外漏的复合织物。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的：
一种可阻挡PU发泡液体外漏的复合织物，包括面料层、泡棉层和薄膜保护层，所述泡棉层设于所述面料层和薄膜保护层之间，并通过胶水或者火焰复合与所述面料层和薄膜保护层相连接。
所述面料层采用动物皮或者TPU或者PVC或者PU皮革材料制成。
所述薄膜保护层采用PU或者TPU或者e-PTFE或者TPE材料制成。
本实用新型所带来的有益效果是：
本实用新型，所述可阻挡PU发泡液体外漏的复合织物包括面料层、泡棉层和薄膜保护层，当PU发泡液态原料灌注入织物的壳体内时，会接触到薄膜保护层，所述薄膜保护层可以起到防止PU发泡液体外漏的作用，并且所述薄膜保护层采用PU或者TPU或者e-PTFE或者TPE材料制成，与PU发泡液体有较高的相容性，进而达到较好的附着效果，提高整体性能，并且不良率降低到0.5%。

本实施例中，所述面料层1采用PU皮革材料制成。
本实施例中，所述薄膜保护层3采用PU材料制成。
当然，所述薄膜保护层也可以采用TPU或者e-PTFE或者TPE材料制成；所述面料层和薄膜保护层也可以采用火焰复合的方式相连接；所述面料层也可以采用动物皮或者TPU或者PVC材料制成。那么，也都在本实用新型保护范围之内，这里不再一一赘述。

1.一种可阻挡PU发泡液体外漏的复合织物，其特征在于包括面料层、泡棉层和薄膜保护层，所述泡棉层设于所述面料层和薄膜保护层之间，并通过胶水或者火焰复合与所述面料层和薄膜保护层相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的可阻挡PU发泡液体外漏的复合织物，其特征在于所述面料层采用动物皮或者TPU或者PVC或者PU皮革材料制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的可阻挡PU发泡液体外漏的复合织物，其特征在于所述薄膜保护层采用PU或者TPU或者e-PTFE或者TPE材料制成。
