背景技术
现有浴缸材质及种类繁多，包括木质浴缸、陶瓷浴缸、玻璃浴缸和亚克力浴缸等。其中，亚克力浴缸因质轻、成本低及造型优美而受到广大消费者的青睐。现有的亚克力浴缸一般包括外层亚克力和内层加固层，加固层由混合胶水、树脂和纤维构成，一般采用涂覆成型，所用材料不环保，工艺复杂，且浴缸的保温性能不够理想。

本实用新型针对上述存在的问题，提供一种新型浴缸。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采取以下技术方案予以实现：
一种新型浴缸，包括缸体，所述缸体包括内层和外层，所述内层为发泡聚氨酯，所述外层为亚克力，所述内层与外层之间设有粘接层。
优选地，所述粘接层为聚氨酯树脂胶水。
优选地，所述外层厚度为0.3mm。
优选地，所述内层厚度为6mm。
本实用新型的有益效果如下：本实用新型的浴缸结构简单、内层采用发泡聚氨酯进行加固，环保且加工工艺简单，还能够提高浴缸的保温效果。

参见图1：一种新型浴缸，包括缸体10，缸体10包括内层30和外层20，内层30为发泡聚氨酯，外层20为亚克力，内层30与外层20之间设有粘接层40。粘接层40为聚氨酯树脂胶水。外层亚克力厚度为0.3mm。内层发泡聚氨酯厚度为6mm。
外层亚克力一般采用吸塑成型，内层采用聚氨酯发泡成型后，将内外两层通过胶水粘接。
本实用新型的浴缸结构简单、内层采用发泡聚氨酯进行加固，环保且加工工艺简单，还能够提高浴缸的保温效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型浴缸，其特征在于，所述粘接层为聚氨酯树脂胶水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型浴缸，其特征在于，所述外层厚度为0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型浴缸，其特征在于，所述内层厚度为6mm。
