本实用新型涉及一种铸件的生产，具体地说是一种管件浇注保护装置，特别是涉及一种直浇道浇注时的保护装置。
背景技术
在铸件生产中，如采用真空消失模生产管件时，需要将上完涂料的模型埋入砂子中，浇注时，特别是在直浇道浇注时，由于对接处的涂料存在损伤，在一些对接处铁水容易冲破涂料而使砂子进入型腔。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于直浇道浇注时的管件浇注保护装置。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的，一种管件浇注保护装置，它包括一个与直浇道连接的公套，一个与浇口杯连接的母套，所述的公套为圆柱，所述的母套为带内台阶的圆柱，公套与母套为公母榫配合，均采用耐火材料制成。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的，其结构简单，实用可靠，可控性好，操作十分方便，生产效率高，有效防止因砂子进入型腔，而影响铸件的内在质量。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
由图1可知，一种管件浇注保护装置，它包括一个与直浇道3连接的公套1，一个与浇口杯4连接的母套2，所述的公套1为圆柱，所述的母套2为带内台阶的圆柱，公套1与母套2为公母榫配合，均采用耐火材料制成，直浇道3、浇口杯4采用EPS材料制作。
本实用新型首先在直浇道3的一端粘一个公套1，在浇口杯4的接口处粘一个母套2；然后将公套1、母套2的端口进行密封；将直浇道3与浇口杯4涂浸耐火涂料并进行烘烤。使用入箱时，去除密封材料将公套1、母套2进行对接即可。
