本实用新型涉及一种散热器,具体为一种适用于室内采暖的长梯形散热器。
背景技术
目前房屋中采暖所用的散热器的散热片多为铸铁件,多数散热片为圆柱体形状,若干个圆状散热片组合为一组散热器,各散热片平行排列,这样的结构不易储蓄能量,保温时间短,容易造成室内温度的波动,且安装比较复杂,质量无法保证。而质量较好的铜铝散热器制造成本较高,散热面积也比较有限。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种长梯形散热器。
一种长梯形散热器,由至少两片散热片及其附件组合构成,两片散热片之间有散热通道,其特征是:所述散热片两端及侧面形状为梯形形状,所述的散热通道为梯形形状。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将散热片设端面及两侧设计为梯形形状,加大了散热面积与散热空间,有利于热气散发,形成顺畅的热气通道。梯形的散热片厚度比普通散热片厚,具有储热量大、保温时间长的特点,减少了室内温度的波动,使室内温度更加舒适,设计简单且对材料的要求低,普通铸铁即可,加工工艺简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1-3,散热片1的端面及两侧均为梯形形状,由至少两片散热片用固定件组合为一组散热器,其中相邻两个散热片间的空间为散热通道2,该散热通道2的形状亦为梯形形状。
当供暖时,热水通过散热器,将散热片1缓慢加热,由于散热片1边缘为梯形结构,因此具有一定的厚度,且散热面积较大。能够储存较多的热能,保证持续稳定的散热。采用梯形散热通道则可保持较高的散热效率。
