本实用新型涉及一种吸取装置，具体涉及一种应用在LED外延设备中用于更换石墨盘的吸取装置。
背景技术
当对MOCVD（金属有机化学气相沉积）设备进行操作时，通常会进行更换石墨盘的工作，目前大多采用人工直接抓放石墨盘进行更换，此类更换方式容易出现两个方面的不足，1、容易使石墨盘脱落，损坏，造成较大损失（一个石墨盘的价格约4000元人民币左右）。2、直接接触容易划伤石墨盘。3、不方便操作，作业时间较长。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、操作方便、更换安全的石墨盘吸取装置。
一种石墨盘吸取装置，包括吸盘体，所述吸盘体包括盘形吸附腔及围绕在盘形吸附腔吸附面周围的石英吸紧条，所述盘形吸附腔的另一侧与抽真空管体相连通。
本实用新型结构简单，制造方便，在操作时稳定性能较好，不易脱离石墨盘，能够有效避免石墨盘的脱落损坏，并且能够减少作业时间，提高作业效率。

实施例1
参见图1，本实用新型提供的一种石墨盘吸取装置，包括吸盘体1，所述吸盘体1包括盘形吸附腔2及围绕在盘形吸附腔2吸附面周围的石英吸紧条3，所述盘形吸附腔2的另一侧与抽真空管体4相连通。
使用时，抽真空管体4产生吸力，石墨盘便可通过盘形吸附腔2依次的吸起来。吸紧条3材料为石英件，目的是石英不会散发出其他物质而影响产品质量。

1.一种石墨盘吸取装置，包括吸盘体，其特征在于：所述吸盘体包括盘形吸附腔及围绕在盘形吸附腔吸附面周围的石英吸紧条，所述盘形吸附腔的另一侧与抽真空管体相连通。
