本实用新型提供了一种棘轮止逆滑轮装置。该装置的棘轮用螺钉固定在滑轮上,棘轮和滑轮的中心装有滑轮轴,活动盖板和侧板通过滑轮轴与滑轮和棘轮相连接,侧板上装有棘爪,棘爪与棘轮的外圆周相接触,侧板的上部用穿心螺栓与吊环板相连接。该装置由于棘爪将棘轮卡住不能倒转,且吊绳靠摩擦力与滑轮相对静止,因此牵引人员只需使用较小的力,就能使上吊重物稳定的悬停不致下落或抖动,同时降低了工作人员的劳动强度。

本实用新型涉及到机械领域,特别涉及到一种棘轮止逆滑轮装置。
背景技术
目前高处作业需要吊起100kg左右重物时,一般采用定滑轮、纤维绳由下方人员牵拽将重物提升。特别在起吊过程中需要停止或到达指定位置时,人力牵引力不能停,此时人力牵引不稳定、上下抖动不稳定,而且工作人员持续受力劳动强度较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种利用棘轮单向止逆的作用,使起吊重物只能单向上升不能下落的棘轮止逆滑轮装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种棘轮止逆滑轮装置,包括吊环板、活动盖板、滑轮轴、滑轮、棘轮、棘爪和侧板,该装置的棘轮用螺钉固定在滑轮上,棘轮和滑轮的中心装有滑轮轴,活动盖板和侧板通过滑轮轴与滑轮和棘轮相连接,侧板上装有棘爪,棘爪与棘轮的外圆周相接触,侧板的上部用穿心螺栓与吊环板相连接。
本实用新型的积极效果为:该装置由于棘爪将棘轮卡住不能倒转,且吊绳靠摩擦力与滑轮相对静止,因此牵引人员只需使用较小的力,就能使上吊重物稳定的悬停不致下落或抖动,同时降低了工作人员的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1和2进一步说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
参见图1、图2,将由穿心螺栓2相连接的吊环板1固定,使整个装置固定在指定的位置,打开活动盖板3,将吊绳通过活动盖板3穿入滑轮5内,在滑轮5上吊绳至少绕一圈以上,吊绳的一端吊上重物,另一端由操作人员牵引。
当操作人员向下拉吊绳时,吊绳会带动滑轮5绕滑轮轴4转动,同时用螺钉7固定在滑轮5上的棘轮6也一同转动,重物会被吊起。当中途停止或重物到达指定位置时,滑轮5和棘轮6同时停止转动,此时装在侧板9上的棘爪8将棘轮6卡住,使滑轮5和棘轮6不能倒转,同时吊绳靠摩擦力使滑轮5相对静止,此时操作人员只需使用较小的力,就能使上吊的重物悬停不致下落或抖动。

1.一种棘轮止逆滑轮装置,包括吊环板(1)、活动盖板(3)、滑轮轴(4)、滑轮(5)、棘轮(6)、棘爪(8)和侧板(9),其特征在于:棘轮(6)用螺钉(7)固定在滑轮(5)上,棘轮(6)和滑轮(5)的中心装有滑轮轴(4),活动盖板(3)和侧板(9)通过滑轮轴(4)与滑轮(5)和棘轮(6)相连接,侧板(9)上装有棘爪(8),棘爪(8)与棘轮(6)的外圆周相接触,侧板(9)的上部用穿心螺栓(2)与吊环板(1)相连接。
