目前,橡胶履带的生产普遍是根据客户订单来制作,履带的规格是多长、需要多少段,就按照要求加工生产一整条,一般都是环形生产,大了长了就是一模一模的生产出来,再供给客户,生产起来比较费事费时。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种不需环形生产,结构简单,可以组装连接并可重复利用的橡胶履带。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种橡胶履带,包括履带本体,履带本体由一节节的履带块组成,履带块与履带块之间为铰接连接,每节履带块的左右两端设置用于连接的铰链,铰链上有间隔设置的铰轴套,履带块之间通过铰轴连接,铰轴穿入铰轴套中。
所述履带块由外层的橡胶层、中间的增强纤维层构成,铰链位于纤维层,被橡胶层包覆。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本新型通过将橡胶履带制成可以铰接连接的标准履带块,履带块之间通过铰轴连接,使制作工艺简化,生产更及时,可根据客户需求及时组装,同时履带块损坏可以单独更换,使整条履带的可重复利用率大大提高。

下面结合附图对实用新型做进一步详细描述:本新型履带包括履带本体,履带本体由一节节的履带块6组装而成。如图1所示,履带块6由外层的橡胶层1、中间的增强纤维层2构成,每节履带块6的左右两端设置用于连接的铰链4,铰链4位于纤维层,被橡胶层包覆。铰链4上有间隔设置的铰轴套3,相邻两节履带块之间的铰轴套互相插合,履带块之间通过铰轴5连接,铰轴5穿入铰轴套4中,形成合页式铰接连接。
利用本新型可以实现单独分段式生产橡胶履带,一节节的履带块通过一个铰轴连接固定,形成履带,可以根据客户需要的规格,及时组装,无需环形生产,使得加工变得更加简单灵活,同时该履带结构实现了履带块再次组装、再次利用的功能。

1.一种橡胶履带,包括履带本体,其特征在于:履带本体由一节节的履带块(6)组成,履带块与履带块之间为铰接连接,每节履带块的左右两端设置用于连接的铰链(4),铰链上有间隔设置的铰轴套(3),履带块之间通过铰轴(5)连接,铰轴(5)穿入铰轴套(3)中。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶履带,其特征在于所述履带块由外层的橡胶层(1)、中间的增强纤维层(2)构成,铰链(4)位于纤维层,被橡胶层包覆。
