技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种石英晶片的分选工具,具体涉及一种石英晶片抓取用多孔金属吸头。
背景技术
石英晶片在切割后需要对其电参数、外观品质等参数进行分选。由于SMD(表面贴装器件)片的尺寸较小,采用现有的抓取用吸头难以精确定位;另外,由于石英晶片的硬度很高,现有的抓取用吸头寿命低且加工难度大。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种石英晶片抓取用多孔金属吸头,它可以方便加工。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型石英晶片抓取用多孔金属吸头的技术解决方案为:
包括外径为10mm的圆柱体,圆柱体的中心一端为M6×0.5的内螺纹,另一端为内径8mm、深5mm的台阶孔;圆柱体的台阶孔内设置有多根外径为0.5mm,内径为0.35mm的芯棒,多根芯棒卷成直径约7.9mm的芯棒体。
所述圆柱体的材料为不锈钢。
所述芯棒的材料为钨钢或工具钢。
本实用新型可以达到的技术效果是:
本实用新型能够降低晶片表面压强,成本低廉、寿命长、加工方便。

具体实施方式
如图1a、1b所示,本实用新型石英晶片抓取用多孔金属吸头,包括外径为10mm的金属圆柱体1,圆柱体1的中心一端为M6×0.5(深)的内螺纹,另一端为内径8mm、深5mm的台阶孔;
台阶孔内设置有多根外径为0.5mm,内径为0.35mm的芯棒2,多根芯棒2卷成直径约7.9mm的圆棒;
圆柱体1的材料为不锈钢;
芯棒2的材料为钨钢或工具钢。
本实用新型将芯棒2与圆柱体1进行组装的方法有以下三种:
第一种,胶水粘合法;
工序一,采用导电环氧胶将多根芯棒2粘合在一起成为芯棒体;
工序二,填充消除芯棒2间的空隙,使用内径为7.9mm的圆环在芯棒体上沿轴向来回滑动;
工序三,去除多余的残留胶水,待胶水完全凝固以后,使用线切割机切除端部3mm左右的平面,防止端面被胶水堵塞,如图2a所示;
工序四,将芯棒体放进圆柱体1内径8mm的台阶孔内,使用导电胶密封外圈,待胶水凝固后,使用线切割机去除多余的芯棒,如图2b所示,完成芯棒2与圆柱体1的组装。
第二种,高温烧结法;
工序一,将圆柱体1加热,将多根芯棒2卷成直径8mm以上的芯棒体(芯棒体的直径由圆环确定),如图3a所示;
工序二,将芯棒体放进高温状态下的圆柱体1内,芯棒体被圆柱体1压紧,整体冷却到室温;
工序三,使用线切割机切除露出圆柱体1外的芯棒体,如图3b所示。
第三种,工装压合法;
工序一,制作一压紧工装即压模,压模的内径大于圆柱体1的外径;将芯棒体放进圆柱体1的台阶孔内;
工序二,通过工装压合圆柱体1的外圈,将芯棒体压紧,如图4a所示;
工序三,使用线切割机切除露出圆柱体1外的芯棒体,如图4b所示。

1.一种石英晶片抓取用多孔金属吸头,其特征在于:包括外径为10mm的圆柱体,圆柱体的中心一端为M6×0.5的内螺纹,另一端为内径8mm、深5mm的台阶孔;
圆柱体的台阶孔内设置有多根外径为0.5mm,内径为0.35mm的芯棒,多根芯棒卷成直径约7.9mm的芯棒体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石英晶片抓取用多孔金属吸头,其特征在于:所述圆柱体的材料为不锈钢。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的石英晶片抓取用多孔金属吸头,其特征在于:所述芯棒的材料为钨钢或工具钢。
